I met your colleague Paul who dropped off a rental at my home address this afternoon.
Paul's customer service was faultless. He was highly professional but had a great sense of humour which made me at ease after a stressful morning, having my van recovered.
Paul walked me around the vehicle and explained details of the rental such as fuel levels and contact numbers I needed.

Service with a smile
Gareth was so helpful when delivering the hire vehicle. He showed me around the car, explaining where to find all the features and how they worked. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had. He talked me through the process, explaining my options for returning the car, which helped put my mind at ease. A very pleasant and easy experience.

A smooth, easy and efficient delivery of my hire car. Gareth was a great guy - showing me around the vehicle, highlighting existing imperfections, clearly explaining the expectations/requirements of vehicle off-hire, and outlining the car’s features.

Gareth &Leanne, great service walked me around the outside of the car, pointed out some minor imperfections but for my piece of mind, they were incredibly friendly, patient, informative and made the transition of had over so easy, a great asset to the company
