i have always used Croydon branch when…
i have always used Croydon branch when my hired vehicle needs work or to be checked, in the past the branch has been super busy and the waiting time wasnt great but the staff are super. but in the past year or so this branch is one of the best you can use, you are seen usually within 5 mins, the staff are polite and helpful, if you are waiting for vehicle then refreshment drink is available , and regular updates are given, Kevin in the rear office is excellent and has always been at the branch as long as i can remember, Alika is very good and very professional with all staff and visitors. it is a pleasure to go to a branch and be valued. keep up the good work Kevin and Alika.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed, but also pleased. For 10 years I rented vans from you, and at the end of the year I had had enough of the price increases, constant additional restrictions and changes in the rental.
Today you are writing about the price increases resulting from electric cars and you are charging these costs to users who do not use these electric vans and have rented a car for several years?
The costs of parts have increased, but on the other hand you charge these costs to customers, so it does not really have an effect on you.
Maybe it would be worth it to give your customers something more than price increases and restrictions? Being your customer for 10 years has some experience and examples that I can give.
In my opinion, instead of constantly charging your customers, maybe you could make some changes in the company that will allow you to save costs and you will be able to reduce the cost of rental?

Excellent group of people and staff done me an absolute favour staying open just an extra 2 minutes for me to get everything out of hire van into my own, even helping with an extra bit of hands.
Would recommend anyone to go to this hire place whilst getting their own van serviced and fixed in the mean time.
