Excellent Service
Excellent service receptionist very polite and made a good impression for the company. I was told when my hire car would be delivered and Lee who delivered my car took me through everything I needed to know. He also made sure that the car was suitable for me and I knew how everything worked. He was very polite which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Northgate they provided 100% service.

I've consistently received outstanding service from the Northgate workshop in Dartford. The team is efficient, professional, and always go the extra mile to ensure vehicles are turned around quickly and to a high standard.
A special mention goes to Karen and Natalie, who are without a doubt the backbone of the depot. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help never go unnoticed. They're always on top of things and are a real credit to the Northgate team.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and top-class fleet support!

Time Critical Repairs !!
As a business that delivers works through the night and weekends on Rail Infrastructure, when a vehicle becomes unroadworthy and needs to come into Northgate Dartford, i know that i can rely on the customer care from Karen, Darren and the wonderful technician's Liam and Matthew to get that vehicle back on the road in time for the next shift!! This weekend they pulled off 100 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.. Thank you!!

A good experience
Dal came to hand over the car. It was a smooth and quick process. The car was in a good condition and cleaned from inside. Outside it was not perfectly clean but overall.a good experience.

Great northgate center
Great northgate center.
Natalie and Taylor both carried out repairs on my vehicle when I had a problem with the engine.
After a busy bank Holiday weekend, the team managed to get my van sorted in good time and friendly service.
Would recommend this hire place if you need a vehicle.

Cannot praise the Dartford branch enough. All the team there, Darren, Karen and Natalie are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always friendly, helpful and efficient. Would not go anywhere else now due to the excellent service they always give and would recommend 100%

MickMaidstone Gravesham Council
My company Gravesham Borough Council hires our vans from Dartford branch of Northgate. We have always had great customer support in particularly with Natalie who has sorted any problems out as soon as possible, Recently my 68 plate van was exchanged to a nearly new 24 plate, It is just perfect for my use.

Fran and Chloe went above and beyond in terms of customer service and any issues which came up was immediately rectified. A real credit to the company making sure I had a smooth process with everything.
