Fantastic service by Karen. Always looks after our DHL rented vehicles and makes sure all services and repairs are done quickly and properly. Always happy to help and couldn’t ask for any more. Appreciate all her help it really makes all the difference

Natalie and Karen at Dartford Branch are great. They always meet you with a smile and keep you updated with progress on the work being undertaken. The mechanics work really quickly on solving any issues which for me working for a company where time is the essence, is very valuable.
Can’t praise Northgate Dartford enough.
PS- The drinks machine is far superior in Dartford than Snodlands Branch. Your lucky if there is sugar available at Snodlands depot.. lol

In and out in an hour and a half
Full MOT completed. Window fixed and wing mirror glass replaced all in an hour and a half. Mia the technician and Karen were brilliant!

Customer service was amazing popped in on the off chance they would be able to have a Quick Look and book the van in for a later day. The team managed to squeeze the van in and change the adblue injector while I waited
