Karen was absolutely spot on thanks again.

Karen made my experience today very easy and welcoming and even Thts it was busy she made sure I was kept up to date with the process of the van
So I highly rate speaking to Karen for all ur service needs and repairs

I've both worked alongside northgate kitting out there vans.. and use them for our own company's vans also.
My contact Amber at the Queenslie branch always goes the extra mile when it comes to trying to meet any specific needs, her customer service is first class and has been the full time I've used northgate.

Karen was extremely helpful when I brought my hire van to get fixed. Excellent service.

If I ever have an issue with one of my vehicles, JP is always my first point of contact. He's always helpful, always responsive and will always go above and beyond to help me and the business. Our patients rely on our vehicles and the medical equipment they carry and JP knows this. He and his team always strive to keep us on the road or to offer us a replacement vehicle to ensure our teams aren't disrupted in their day.

While dealing with the staff at Northgate Vehicle Hire I've had a very positive experience. I advised them about the ongoing problems I have with my neck and shoulder so they took their time to show me round the vans until I found something suitable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them and would happily use again.

Was in to Northgate in Glasgow this morning. Feeling stressed..!! Had van issues as well as needing the MOT done.. was quickly greeted by Karen who took al my details and put me at ease that everything could be sorted. She got me booked in and a replacement van sorted and got me back on my way to work In no time.

Huge thanks to Karen for her help this morning..

When I have came into the northgate depot Glasgow I have found Jade to be very helpful she is always willing to go above and beyond her job to give the customer a great service and fulfilled every issue I had with vans whether is be minor or major so a massive thank you too jade

Karen saw me waiting for a few hours came and spoke to me and went well above and sorted out a van for me quickly so I didn't have to wait any longer.
An amazing person very polite and friendly can't praise her enough soon as she saw I had been waiting came over and sorted it all out an amazing person

Staff went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. They thought of my safety above all. I would like to mention a Karen that works there, her customer service skills are exceptional with great communications and above all a friendly face to talk with. So 5 stars are 100%

My initial experience with northgate was really poor, however the Glasgow branch have went above and beyond, particularly Nick & Chris. If I had wrote this review 8 months ago when I opened my account it would have definitely been a 1 star. Few miscommunications between accounts department and the depot had left me with vehicles in really poor condition. Thankfully that’s where Nick & Chris came in and sorted my issues 110%, My fleet is now all less than 1 year old, and each time they get a vehicle that they think would suit my needs they always call and offer me the option to take that vehicle. The front desk and service staff are all polite and friendly, always up for a laugh and a joke. I’m glad i allowed Nick & Chris to sort the problems and they both delivered what they said they would. My account Manager Danny, he’s always been on hand to sort any queries. Thanks NG, particularly Glasgow branch.

Van booked in for service and i was really apprehensive due to previous years visit ie Rude uninterested staff and lost 6 hrs work waiting.Arrived 30 mins early and was greeted by a woman called Karen. I asked how long i would be and explained by last unfortunate experience with Northgate . She told be a realistic timeline and if that time was going to change due to parts or extra work she would inform me. Told her i knew where the wait area was and she said with a large smile well as you can see the staff have changed and so has our VIP deluxe waiting lounge you will now find large flat screen tv, free sports channels and a exotic range of complimetary nibbles. Everyone behind me waiting started laughing as we knew she was at it, then she said no just grab your sandwiches and phone. What a difference Northgate to have friendy, entertaining and knowledgable staff. Other guys in the waiting area all had the same friendly and funny experience and it brighted a wet miserable day. Your mechanics had my van ready in 2hrs which was a bonus!. I dont usually bother with reviews but this visit stuck
i told my transport manager and he suggested this review as he had been hearing from other engineers having similar encounters at the reception. Keep up the good work Northgate from a normaly unimpressed gas engineer.

Van needed new brake pads and discs, was ready in 4 hours and put 3 new tyres on too, saved me a trip for tyres, very happy, above and beyond,,, Northgate Glasgow,,,

shocking , been here from 9am. Still here at 4:15pm , incompetant staff , management , useless and so slow. Company should shut down permanent. Absolute rogue traders. Staff are also ill mannered and cheeky.

On 10/11/2021 at 15:36 I contacted your service desk on 0141 773 6300 to arrange a service for the van I drive. I received an appointment for December 10th at 13:00. I explained to the receptionist that I would require a replacement vehicle as the last time I attended that depot I had to wait for 5 hours and I would need to continue working. The receptionist became very agitated saying that no replacement would be available without explaining why. She did say that you have a very large fleet which I do appreciate. Eventually she hung up. This is not the first time I have been treated like this by this depot. Obviously customer care doesn’t rate very highly at the depot.
