5* for Jack at Huddersfield
This review is for Jack imparticular at the Huddersfield branch who I've dealt with many times. He has helped me as much as possible when it came to finding vans and swapping vans etc. Some of the other staff have also been helpful but Jack stood out the most in terms of professionalism and his calming nature towards customers because this can be an environment where us customers are sometimes stressed due to the nature of a straight swap over etc.Unfortunately Northgate as a whole isn't great due to the lack of communication from people there and the Mish mash way each area is run.I wouldn't have given this review as a company 5* but I gave it 5 because it's jack that deserves the recognition.
Fortunately I won't need to use Northgate again but please make sure the good staff are recognised for their efforts in this stressful environment.
