Paul and Hammi helped me out as I was returning a vehicle it was close to closing, they happily processed my van and processed me a new hire van. Quality service with a smile.

Went to another branch to swap a van and it was horrendous!
Contacted the Kidderminster branch and a van was provided the next morning clean, smart and ready to go! Staff are polite and amazing couldn't do enough. Highly recommend Northgate Kidderminster

The service received was absolutely…
The service received was absolutely spot on. The waiting area is warm and the coffee is good. Free WiFi so was able to work while waiting. Would highly recommend.
