Great staff, Great business
I was delivering a new vehicle there today and even though the place doesn't open till 8am Steve B was kind enough to accept the delivery early so I can get on with my busy day.

Dealing with the workshop team I always receive excellent service
I receive regular updates and the turnaround is quick. No matter which member of the team I deal with the service I receive is always excellent

Had a few lights come on whilst renting…
Had a few lights come on whilst renting a van, which is to be expected due to the mileage I do, took it here and was back on the road in 45 minutes. Thanks Jake

Went for a minor service today the staff were great special mention to Reese the mechanic who worked on my van NU74PUV. Was done in 1hr and explained everything to me. Also booking in was quick and easy thanks Kaylee.

That’s what you call customer service. Sometime a work place can be a stressful place! Not at Northgate, Hot Chocolate, biscuits and service with a smile. Fantastic staff very helpful out issues sorted in minuets.

We have been working with Northgate for a long time, and over the past couple of years, I’ve found working directly with Kayleigh Cross to be a much smoother experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her—she is always helpful, organised, and works hard to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
While we do encounter occasional hiccups, Kayleigh does her best to resolve them within the limits of what Northgate allows. Her support has definitely made a positive difference.
