Exceptional Service
What can I say? The levels of service from the Leicester branch are world class! From the moment I made the phonecall this morning, to the moment I left with a fully working van. Everybody was absolute class.
I phoned the branch in the morning to ask if somebody was able to see and rectify an issue caused by another Northgate branch. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They fixed my brake light, double checked my tyres as well completing a few other jobs that required attention.
We were greeted by the very polite and helpful Olivia and Nick and passed over to members of the branch management team and technicians. Like I said.. they were all top class and I can't thank them all enough! Brilliant experience!

Engine light on dash
Excellent service from the minute I walked in by the lovely reception lady. Got look at straight away with brilliant communication while I waited in the nice friendly reception with a coffee. Kept me updated on the works that the van needs and back on the road within 1 hour. Can’t find a fault with Northgates service.

From the minute I walked I
From the minute I walked I. I was made to feel welcome , a coffee and a biscuit was welcome on the cold morning, top marks for the receptionist .
Then I was greeted by the service manager Anil who assured me that the vehicle is booked in and then asked for the keys to give to his mechanical Kehill,
The vehicle was promptly serviced with no mess left and an over view was given to me of the worked carried out .
