Great Service
Great customer service and friendly staff. Quick turn around my vehicle with minimum disruption to my working day.
My courtesy vehicle got a puncture from a loose screw only an hour after I collected it, your mechanic was on hand immediately and fixed in no time with no fuss.
I would highly recommend

The fact that i was a walk in
The fact that i was a walk in. I thought i would have been turned away but that wasn't the case. I was happy to wait while the issue with my van was being resolved. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Rented a car from Scunthorpe
Rented a car from Scunthorpe, collecting and returning the car was seamless. Car was in great condition and they pointed out any existing damage. Great price and great experience.

Been here couple of times to sort the vehicle out always friendly faces and the service is great. The problem was eexplained and then sorted. As you would expect it does take time to fix a vehicle.
The office is clean and there is a coffee machine for a drink. Plenty of space to work while you wait.

Very professional service from James and the team.
I had issues with the van that was originally delivered to me, which was out of the Scunthorpe branches control, meaning to get this resolved, I had to take the vehicle to Scunthorpe on my day off, which wasn’t ideal.
The vehicle required some replacement parts, Cloudiu the technician thoroughly explained what was required and that the parts weren’t going to arrive for a few days, meaning another 40 mile round trip at some point to collect the vehicle.
James the branch manager, respected the inconvenience caused to me and managed to source me a replacement vehicle, one that I was very happy with.

Brilliant service very fast and reliable, rang up with a problem at half past 9, problem was fixed by 11 o’clock less then 2 hours later! Can not thank them enough for how reliable and good the team are!
