Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry to hear how distressing this situation has been for you, and we understand how upsetting it is to receive unexpected charges, particularly when you feel concerns haven’t been clearly explained or supported with evidence.

This is not the experience we want any customer to have. We take issues around vehicle condition, repair assessments, and communication extremely seriously, and it’s disappointing to hear that you felt your requests for clarification were not adequately addressed. We also appreciate how frustrating it must have been to arrange an independent review only to find the vehicle was no longer available.
