Hi Alan, thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I am genuinely sorry to read about your experience and that you feel let down by the service you received from our Stockton branch.

We never want any customer — particularly one who has been with us for five years — to feel that their account has not been properly supported. Your comments regarding customer service, account management, and the impact of branch closures are taken very seriously. While operational changes are sometimes necessary, they should never come at the expense of service quality, and I am sorry that this has been your experience.
