Did not recieve 1 product after multiple inquiry's and after 4 weeks recieved something completely different.
I provided all information of what was missed.
Now they want compensate me with 15.00 on a 45.00 item??
STAY AWAY!!
This is Cina company and have shady practices.

I should have known better! I took another chance on buying something based on how it looks online. A red Christmas sweatshirt that took 2.5 weeks to arrive just got dropped off outside my front door. What a disappointment when I opened it! It looks sooo cheap! It's not true to size and there isn't even a tag to tell you what its made of or what the washing instructions are. It appears to be cheap polyester and the colour is a dull red, not vibrant like advertised. The Christmas tree on it looks pathetic. This was not anything like what the photos look like or what the material looks like in the pictures.

I bought from them because it was supposed to be Canadian, I always try to buy Canadian if possible the quality is not Canadian it was poor & it was expensive for the 2 items I bought, I could have bought it from Temu for a lot less money.
I will never buy from this company again.

It is so misleading! What you received is nothing of what your ordered!!
It was very interesting to follow the tracking: first the ‘package’ was in Savona,17100,Italy,The shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin. Then, 2 days later, The shipment has left the sorting center. 2 days later, it is in Mantua,46100,Italy,The shipment is in transit in Italy. Then 3 days later, The shipment arrived at the customs of Italy.
3 days later, The shipment arrived at the customs of Italy. (Sigh…) 3 days later… The shipment has been shipped to Canada. 2 days later, The shipment arrived at the customs of Canada. 1 day later…. It’s at my door, delivered when it is dark?!?

This is a company which claims is Canadian ! 😳

The clothes have no brand mark. Nothing that identifies as Northwear company!
And, way below standard quality. My thoughts is they used cheap labour to make these clothes! 😢
It is a scam, 100%.
My confidence to buy from the internet/ Instagram is down considerably.

Ordered Sept 9, was charged 136.14 for 3 items. I never recieved the items. The delivery company took a picture of the house they delivered to and it wasnt my house. I sent a picture of my house. Still no return or delivery 2 months later. It came from a warehouse in France. Not a Canadian company. Automated response to emails. No personal care.

They advertise as a Canadian Company. My order shipped from China. I ordered 3 shirts in my regular size. I checked their website to see if the body measurements for that size matched mine and they did. When the shirts arrived (5 weeks later) they were all too small by at least 2, maybe 3 sizes. The shirts would have needed an extra 2 1/2" to close. Although they were all marked with my size, they definitely were not. Nor were they even the same size as each other! I contacted the Company and was told it would be too expensive for me to ship the items back so was offered 10 cents on the dollar to keep them. After much haggling, they offered 30 cents. When I would not accept $30 for my $110 useless order, they stopped responding. I feel that I was scammed from the beginning to the end. I now have 3 useless shirts in a variety of sizes. Every bit of info on their website was false,

Not as advertised!! Not made in Canada. Shipped from Italy. No tags except an "L" for the size. Substandard product. Sleeves were sewn in with the seams on the outside. Not even good enough for the donation bin.

Product is crap. 3xl top was the same size as the L. No tags on any of them to say where it is made or any care instructions. Shipped from France! Definitely NOT a Canadian company. It’s all lies. Did find one tiny tag in one of the tops with Chinese characters on it. There’s no way I was going to scan the QR codes that was on the packaging.

Product is NOT from Canada. Its from Ireland. And quality is subpar at best. Its thin and fabric is flimsy. Sleeves are so tight they dont match the size of the shirt. Never going to buy from here again.

The advertisement for North Maplewear said proudly Canadian. It is NOT Canadian. It's coming from a warehouse in China. The item advertised was nothing like what I received. It appeared to be a homemade job. No garment tags or washing instructions. It was poor poor quality and size was way off. I contacted them with pictures of what I ordered and what I received. They cannot deny the garment is different. I have sent 5 emails. Their first offer for reimbursement was $5. What an insult. Not only is this a fraudulent sale but they play on ones emotions as it was advertised as honoring Alzheimers month! This is terribly dishonest and cruel. I am sorry I had to give it a 1 star. It should get none.

The items I ordered were shipped from Italy. The quality of the material is very poor. The items are definitely not as shown on the website. There is no way this could be a Canandian company.

Top I received was delivered from Ireland.This is not a Canadian company and items not made in Canada . Tried contacting company 4 times via email and gave them all info including order number and NO ONE RESPONDS. I cannot get my hands through sleeve it is so tight. Not a wearable item. My 6 year old granddaughter can't even get the ladies medium on either. I hope someone responds soon or the 15 day return policy will have passed. Unless this gets resolved I will never order from them again. So unfortunate that company is dishonest .

I ordered 3 items. I was at fault and missedbthe unit number on my address. I never received my package. It has now been a month. I have written them at leadt 7 times and Ibreceive robotic answers telling mecto check my local post office. I have numerous times.. No package and no service. I now feel I have been scammed

This is not a Canadian company. I ordered 2 items. When I tracked the order it was coming from Croatia. The items don't fit and I am trying to get my money back.

Not a Canadian company, but you don't know until you get the shipping information days after you order. It ships from Portugal.Product is not great. Do not buy from them!!

BUYER BEWARE- SCAM COMPANY- DO NOT ORDER!! This company advertises as Canadian and most definitely IS NOT!!. I placed an order on a Tuesday evening. On Wednesday I had looked at my order confirmation and noticed they charged me for international shipping so I requested a cancellation at 6am Wednesday morning. 15 hours later, at 930 pm i reveived a response asking why i wanted to cancel and i responded immediately. This is the response I got at 2am on Wednesday night/Thursday morning after they sent the shipping notice.. ' Sorry but all we mean is we can try to stop the shipment for you but it failed. As you know there are many departments in our company, in which our warehouse works all day in order to help you get your order ASAP. Therefore they shipped your order immediately and sorry our custom service was off from work when you contacted us.
All in all we believe you'll love it as it has been the best sellers in our company for many years. How about give it a try and see what to do when it reaches to you'

What Canadian company.. or any company for that matter has no one working in customer service on a day in the middle of a work week that isn't a holiday!? So disgusting that scams like this are allowed to exist.. its sad we've lost legit small business to awful places like this. I told them I would be returning for a refund and was told tonight (Sunday).. at 8pm.. that when it is returned they will CONSIDER whether to refund.

This was advertised as made in Canada - NOT. It was shipped from Germany. It arrived Friday. I ordered a pink Breast Cancer awareness hoodie. The seams are barely held together and some are not. I am going to have to pull out my sewing machine and sew the whole thing. Technically I should take it all apart and resew because the seams don't even line up on the sleeves! There are no labels indicating where it was made or washing instructions or anything you would expect to find on quality clothing!

The shirts are reasonable quality for the sale price and the designs are as pictured but their claims to be Canadian made are clearly not valid since the product was shipped from Spain according to the tracking service and was relabelled as coming from Ontario when I received it.

The product and company is not Canadian, it is shipped from China. The $50 shirt was not as advertised, the material was synthetic and thin, undersized and when I complained they offered me to ship it back to china for $40 at my cost or a $3 refund. Unacceptable business practices.
