Northside Truck & Van レビュー 

On the 3rd if March this year I took my Vito van to the Elland road branch of Northside Truck and Van for an MOT.Whilst it was in their workshop an accident happened with a jack that caused a considerable dent in the sill.Nothing was said when I collected the van and I only discovered the damage a couple of days later when cleaning the van.The service manager accepted that the damage was their responsibility and after several weeks the damage was repaired in a body shop.My complaint is the disreputable,unprofessional manner this situation was handled.I asked how the damage had happened and why no one from Northside had had the courtesy to inform me that it had happened.To date no one from Northside has felt the need to apologise to me for the inconvenience and delay in fixing the damage.The only positive thing is that (no thanks to Northside)I have now sold the Vito and hopefully will never have to deal with Northside again.

Northside Hull are fantastic for service, go above and beyond for us at Yorkshire water. Nothing is ever an issue for them. Ellie is always friendly, helpful and efficient

Service was first class, Callum was great at keeping us informed every step of the way, would definitely purchase from Northside in the future.

Shelby and Kane from Northside Truck and Van were quick and flexible in fitting in an emergency repair to our Sprinter Canpervan's ABS, when we were on holiday recently. Andy and Lewis in the workshop kept us informed of what was wrong, how they were proposing to fix it and costs, throughout the process meaning we were able to continue with our holiday, on a busy Friday afternoon, with the minimum of disruption

★☆☆☆☆ Mercedes-Benz – A Complete Disaster! Avoid at All Costs!
I took my van for ( engine management lighting only ) cost £4250 and the job Not done !

* I wish I could give zero stars because Mercedes-Benz has been the worst experience of my life when it comes to vehicle repairs and customer service. If you think you’re buying from a “premium brand,” think again—their after-sales service is an absolute nightmare.

and what did they do? Charged me a fortune for repairs that didn’t even fix the problem! After a long argument with them, I finally gave up and took my van to a small local garage, where they fixed the issue quickly for a small fraction of the cost. Mercedes-Benz had charged me 10 times more than what it actually cost to resolve the problem!

After months of frustration and constant follow-ups, Mercedes-Benz refused to take responsibility and rejected my refund request. Their so-called “Customer Advocacy Team” is a joke—just a bunch of scripted responses with zero actual help.

Mercedes-Benz has no integrity, no accountability, and they simply do not care about their customers. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. This company is all about profit, not customer satisfaction.

I strongly warn anyone against buying or servicing a vehicle with them. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere before you end up in the same nightmare I did.

Factory ordered sprinter chassis with a body to be fiited on arrival.
On the day of vehicle collection it was presented to me with the wrong body fitted.
Indeed this error was rectified however this issue has since highlighted another issue with the vehicle that so far i have failed to receive a response to.

Liam was great, kept me updated and very polite.

Caitlin and the ladies were lovely and helpful. They're very nice down to earth people at Northside Doncaster. They made me feel welcome as I waited for an MOT, offered a coffee and were very easy to talk to. There's a nice calm atmosphere there and we had a good chat.

Very easy to deal with, emailed in the morning, had my can in for a service the same day.

You cant fault that for service !

Alyssa is lovely to deal with and so are all reception staff. All have great communication skills and are very knowledgeable about the product. Telephone is always answered promptly and politely. Great company to deal with would fully recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic customer service had an issue with my wagon. Was turned around fixed and back out of the gate within 10. -15 minutes would definitely recommend

good communications from Alyssa on reception, worked to make the process effective around sub contractor and subsequent additional work following the service.
website booking process annoying and not effective, I managed to book a service then cancelled it without knowing. Getting through to speak to someone takes a long time. overall happy with the result :-)

Took our motorhome in today had really great service they completed the 2 recalls & fitted a new battery under warranty in Less than 3 hours our motorhome is now back safe & sound in storage all ready for this years adventures thanks Northside 👍
