I was made to feel at ease as soon as we walked through the door. Matteus was informative, helpful and guided us through our purchase and helped with every aspect of the car.The cars delivery was delayed, but that’s not the fault of MG, but when I’d did finally arrive, I was immediately informed. I was talked all through the process of motorbility and all the paperwork and payments. When car did arrive, we went through the car and explained all functions of the car and checked it all over. Insurance and tax all sorted and within an hour it was all complete and I could drive away. Perfect service by MG Chiswick, our sales man, Matteus was professional, informative and knew what he was explaining. Highly recommended.

Having issues with brand new ZS.reported to sales team and they are waiting for reply from service department from last 3 month .
And could not even identify the actual issues.

Ttharu looked after us extremely well. Professional patient and attentive. Service with a smile and very happy to help.

Aside from the long waiting time for the car to be delivered from overseas, My sales Rep- Alexandra was so helpful in communication and very friendly. On the handing over day, she was so patient with me as I was over an hour late and she so patient with me doing the paper work and all. I really appreciate that of her.

I was pleased to receive my MG4 EV at least a month earlier than expected. All went to plan and may I thank Thuru & Stacy for the assistance in obtaining my new car.
I do however hope you can soon recruit more tech engineers in the service department for MG EV Cars.

We visited a good number of showrooms before going to MG Norton Way Chiswick and we have always been disappointed with the sale teams. When we visited MG at Norton Way Chiswick we were immediately impressed by the attention given to the customers by the team. Chiswick team is knowledgeable, kind and very welcoming. Our sale assistant Kash was also extraordinary to entertain our little one while viewing the cars. We are now happy to drive our new electric MG and couldn’t thanks more enough the team for their assistance in buying our first electric car.

Elliot and Alex couldn’t have been more helpful to deal with when purchasing an MG4. I was kept updated regularly about delivery and preparation of the vehicle. All calls and e-mails were returned promptly and nothing was too much trouble. I contacted this dealership after having a very poor experience with a more local one. The vehicle was delivered to my specification and on time. Absolutely brilliant!

Sales visit was fine, salesperson knew the product and could answer our questions.
On collection the salesperson was late for the appointment but I was ok with that, delays happen.
2 days after collection the car developed a fault with the media unit.
Over the next 3 days I spoke to 2 salespeople and after a week with no response I had to go back into the dealership.
The outcome is that I could have the next available service appointment, 26 days later.

It was amazing I had a good experience I am really happy and Alexandra was really helpful and good customer service.

Purchased a new MG ZS sales rep was very helpful, not too pushy, knowledgeable and pleasant during the purchase. Period however, after collecting the car, I noticed that the sunroof visor had not been cleaned and the Valeting that was promised was not up to standard which was disappointing when you’re purchasing a new car, relaying that information to the sales rep Matei ,once I was almost home with the vehicle, he seemed surprised and apologised, and said please send me photos, he offered solution to get valeted but unfortunately those checks should’ve been carried out by the sales rep before handover over. The information was relayed via email. He tried once to call me after that no effort if it was made it just seemed that he hade made the sale and that’s where the experience ended and there was no urgency to reply to me I’ve had to call numerous times not been able to speak to him one of his colleagues after about six phone calls apologise that he did not reply and answered the questions that I had put in my email what I need to do, come back in how long will it take or will you take the car and get it re locked at the option of me to come back to the Dealership was the only one given to me. can’t review further until the car has been cleaned correctly in regards to the overall experience it was average the car itself haven’t really driven it but the time I have it drives well hasn’t put me off the dealership, but it would’ve been nicer experience if everything went smoothly

Bought our latest car from Chiswick MG. We were looked after by Alex who was incredibly helpful answering all our questions. She also kept us fully updated on the purchase process which was completed well ahead of schedule. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer as a result of our experience.
