Great experience
All the staff were very friendly , the total online and in person experience was helpful and efficient . I feel like I got a good deal which in todays climate is very important - it makes us want to go back their again atvthe end of our 2 year pcp

Small thing went wrong, they were soon put right, I am awaiting a body repair on the car, when that’s completed it will be 100%, a good experience.

The working crew in MG Chiswick showroom are fully professional. I was actually a very hesitant customer who had a lot of questions. Mrs. Alexadra and James was very detailed and professional in providing me with detailed information.The whole purchase process went very smoothly. I am the proud owner of a MG car. You can definitely trust them, unlike other MG dealer who offer similar cars on the internet but in fact do not have on stocks them. I sincerely recommend.

MG Chiswick is the worse dealership I have ever experiences with. I ordered new car a month ago then I cancelled it due to family issue. And then I asked them to refund my deposit back which is £500. They said they are processing to refund my money. But I still haven't receive my money back until today, now over a month already. Every time I called them there's no one pick up the phone. And no chance to speak with one of the advisers. Even receptionists are very reluctant to transfer my call. And I didn't get answer even bomber with several emails to them. This is worse worse dealership that I have experienced with. Wouldn't recommend.

We saw a MG car in a car park which made us take interest in the car we phoned MG Chiswick & was told we would have to book a test drive we decided to take a chance & visit the showroom it was very busy but we spoke to a salesman who gave us a quick overview of the car & the keys & said take it for a test drive .We liked the car but the demo car was like a pigsty certainly inside with water marks in the cup holders & generally dirty. However after being offered the demo car we opted to purchase a new car with our own finance. Our px price was not as we expected but you cant have it all as they say. The new car was delivered & our px taken away with all paperwork hoping the salesman would do as he said & reclaim road tax refund on 5 months he did not de tax the car for nearly a week losing us £30 . Don’t even think of phoning rarely is the phone answered & if & when it is any message is not passed on . The day the car was delivered it was damp so our brand new car was far from as expected as being a new car should be.We hope the 7 year guarantee & breakdown cover that comes with the purchase is easier to pursue than trying to contact the salesman . In the meantime we would like the £ 30 refunded from the loss of refund from the surrender of the road tax.All in all a lot could be done to enhance the buying experience by having some sort of manager

poor service
My wife and I had booked a test drive at 9 am on a saturday morning having arranged this with the salesman .
When we arraived at 9 am he advised his manager had taken the car off site to a trade / exhibition.
They did not have another trophy model available for us to test drive.
The salesman said if we waited 20mins he could get one of the other non trophy mg4 from another bgranch.
I asked why he did not contact us to tell us the car was not on site, he apologised but could not give a reasonable answer.
He then said they should have a car in the next few days and he would contact us when it arrived. He did not have the courtesy to call us back.
Very poor service from MG Chiswick.

We are very sorry for your disappointment when you came to test drive with us here at Chiswick MG. We always strive for perfection and sometimes we don’t quite meet our own high standards to give every customer a 5 star experience.
I know you came to test drive the MG4 Trophy and we only had the SE specification available for test drive on the day. We have updated our qualification process to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
We have reached out on a few occasions to re book you in to test drive the car and we are more than happy to drop the car off with you whenever is convenient.
