Excellent service
James was extremely courteous and informative. He knew the product well and took pains to walk us through the new vehicle familiarisation. He was also very thorough and efficient with the handover documentation. It was a joy to be served by him.

Customer Service is execellent.
Customer Service was excellent. The guidance for using the car was excellent. I just drove the csr as if I slready had it with me. In all, it was a thorough service.

Frustrating sale of a new MG4
Frustrating sale of a new MG4. Promised a 10 day delivery but arrived over a month later. Then the car had electrical issues so delayed at dealers. 3 days after delivery, developed a transmission oil leak. Throughout, it was difficult contacting the relevant people with several messages left with receptionist. Stacey in Service was great, hence 3 stars and because of the delay, they gave me Autoglym product for free. Not sure I would go back to Norton Group for a car.

With new models there may be some teething issues but we are glad we managed to sort your issue speedily while providing you a courtesy car while your repair took place. Be careful with Chiswick Honda
I purchased a Honda HRV EX diesel from Chiswick Honda (Norton Way) in October after being pointed there by the CarWow system. After agreeing the sale of a 2020 model myself and the salesman noticed the first 10k service had been missed. Now Honda stipulate this service must be done to maintain warranty so I was assured by Neil Madrid I would receive a formal letter of comfort. During October, November and December I emailed the sales staff including Abdul Karin but have been ignored. I suggest don’t place too much trust in these guys as they take your money then provide zero customer service!

Initially felt concerned buying from London dealer when based in Basingstoke, however Anthony Balwaine was super helpful and reassuring in guiding us through the process and arranging test drive. Sale went very smoothly and after sale support absolutely first class.

I picked up my new MG HS today and I’m a very happy bunny.
I dealt with Elliott initially and then Hugo both of whom were excellent, they were both very helpful. Hugo completed all the paperwork and showed me over the car when I collected, he explained what everything did and made sure I was happy with it all, he couldn’t have been more helpful. As was Elliott when I made the initial purchase.
I can highly recommend MG Chiswick, you get a friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble.
