Sales and after sales service are beyond descriptions
Great people to deal with. Very helpful, all the information you need to know will provide you to the best knowledge they can. Sales and their after sales service is beyond description. One of the best dealership I came a crossed so far.
Zamman and Rey were both helpful from day 1. Hats off to you guys.

I purchased a 72-plate Kia Sorento from…
I purchased a 72-plate Kia Sorento from a dealership on 14th January, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. Just two days later, on 16th January, the engine light came on, and the app flagged a fault with the transmission control system and a low battery. I booked an appointment with my local Kia dealership, GWR Kia in Brentford, for 23rd January, as the original dealership is nearly four hours away.
Since then, the car has been with GWR Kia, and they have been unable to determine the issue. All I keep hearing is that they’re waiting for Kia technical support to get back to them. It's now 28th January, and there’s still no progress. I find this absolutely shocking, especially considering every Kia dealership is supposed to have a master technician who should be capable of diagnosing and fixing their own vehicles.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been left without a car entirely. GWR Kia told me they don't have any courtesy cars available until 25th February. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a main dealership when it comes to repairing their own vehicles. No one seems to know what’s wrong with the car or when it will be fixed, and everyone keeps pointing fingers without offering any solutions.
At this point, I’m seriously considering returning the car, as I’ve had enough of the lack of communication and accountability. I certainly won't be returning to this branch in the future and will consider travelling further for better service elsewhere. If you're looking for reliable after-sales care, I would strongly recommend avoiding GWR Kia in Brentford.
