Courteous and prompt treatment, knowledgeable salespeople, good coffee.

Everyone working there is very polite. All my questions were explained clearly. The place is very nice also with coffee and soft drinks available.
As to location- very convenient and easy to get to.

My first purchase of a car from a dealer, i dealt with both Muj and Ven who were both great, very helpful, polite and explained everything thoroughly, it was a very relaxed experience. The car itself is amazing, am loving it!

The showroom was very nice. Ven was very polite and helpful and patient. The process was pretty smooth and everything was clearly informed.

While I was initially happy with the overall experience at GWR KIA, my interactions with Ven, the Senior Sales Executive, were extremely disappointing.

This was my first time purchasing a car in the UK, so I had several questions. Ven often seemed irritated, dismissive, and even said, “Why would this be your concern?” which made me feel uncomfortable.

He was 30 minutes late to our first appointment and only provided essential car information and checklists when I asked. Even on the contract signing date, I felt pressured as he pushed me to sign the documents quickly, mentioning his next client was waiting, instead of giving me time to go through the details.

At one point, he made a remark implying that my English was not good enough to understand him—something I found both disrespectful and discriminatory.

The rest of the GWR KIA team were professional, but my experience with Ven fell far short of what I expected.

First of all I found it difficult to park, there were no spaces. The initial contact with the sales agent was pretty straightforward. I got the usual sales push for extra insurance products which I declined. However, I got no response with follow up emails so I had to go through the process with the sales agent when I went to pick up the car which was unnecessary. The final handover of the car was very matter of fact, here is your car, enjoy it, no handshake and that was that.

I am overall happy with the car I purchased. However, I feel your sales staff are incentivised to push products rather than to provide quality service, and it shows. For example, the standard 2-year service package was presented as special offer (buy one year and get 2nd year free) by the salesperson which was not true. Disappointing.

Fiendly relaxing service… no hsrd sell!!! Daniel was very helpful and patient about my needs. Nedded an automatic to replace my manusl car after a sttoke!! This is my second car from Norton group and not disappointed by eitger experience.

From my very 1st email to actually picking up my car all members were most helpful very polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and always went over and above.
