I had a very good experience when initially buying the car, they couldn’t have been more helpful, but it went downhill after I drove away. I got home to find I wasn’t given my charging cables and then noticed my service book had not been stamped despite being told the car had full service history. I returned to the dealer & spoke to Zaman who told me it had been serviced but the book wasn’t stamped. He said he would forward me an electronic copy of the service invoice and arrange for my book to be sent to where it was serviced to be stamped. It’s been weeks & I have sent an email & called the dealership multiple times and each time been told someone will get back to me but I have heard nothing. I didn’t expect this service from a Kia main dealer, I paid a premium for buying through a Kia dealership for peace of mind & having the remainder of the 7 year warranty but I currently have no proof of service history which is unacceptable.

Made very welcome by the team in Brentford. Coffee included. Muj is a real credit too your Dealership. So helpful and ran through my options before ordering my car. Stayed in contact with me while waiting for my new car too land at Kia.
Ran through all switches and settings on collection day. Left there very happy with my new car. Thank You all

I'm sorry it's taken a while to respond but I would like to say that my experience was so professional,helpful and they have always been so welcoming hense why with is my third car with kia. I was made to feel very comfortable and understood everything well as it was all explained in a good way. After spending over a month exploring part exchange options for my vehicle, I visited several dealerships including Audi Brentford, Mercedes Brentford, VW Brentford, Toyota Brentford, and KIA Bromley. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly disappointed by the lack of genuine interest and support. Despite receiving initial offers, I was rarely followed up with, and often felt dismissed or not taken seriously. In many cases, I was bluntly advised to sell my car elsewhere before returning to buy a new one—something that contradicted my clear preference to part exchange and purchase in one seamless transaction. Additionally, when discussing the specific car and spec I was looking for, I got the impression that my intent or ability to purchase was being questioned.

Just as I was about to give up, I visited Norton Way GWR KIA—and that changed everything.

From the outset, Satt Phull listened attentively to my requirements and worked diligently to find solutions that fit my needs. I must especially thank Zaman, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to make the numbers work and ultimately secured the exact vehicle and specification I was looking for. The level of service, professionalism, and respect I received was outstanding.

Thanks to this team, not only did I find the perfect car, but I also had an experience that restored my confidence in the car buying process. I will absolutely be returning in the future, and won’t hesitate to recommend Norton Way GWR KIA to friends and family.
