Sam and Roger @ Noton way Honda motorcycles Letchworth where wonderful to deal with. From the moment I walked in the showroom to book a test ride on a couple of there bikes to sitting down and ordering my chosen bike the gents couldn't have done more. Explained the process on ordering, rang me every other day to give me an update on the bike order. 1 week from placing the order I rode my new bike out of the showroom. I couldn't have asked for more. Keep up the good work gents, and NW Honda you have 2 good sales people working for you there at Letchworth, a rareatiy in that profession.

I placed my order for a new bike with the nice staff here, and we planned the registration and delivery date in advance.
They made the whole process smooth and straight forward. All the docs and and bike delivery went like clockwork, ready for the handover on the agreed date.

Almost two week after collecting my bike I am still waiting for details of my warranty and breakdown cover. Poor after sales service. No idea who to contact if I have difficulty. Also they charge circa £90 for pre handover service. A new bike should leave the factory fit for purpose. The service plan includes the first safety check at 600 miles so minimal work not 3 years up to MOT so limited value.

Roger Taylor was incredibly helpful with helping me find my perfect first motorcycle. There was zero pressure and I had been in there before even getting my CBT. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I will definitely be going back to purchase my next motorcycle from them. The delivery was seamless as well. I highly recommend them!

I asked if I could have a test ride on a CMX 1100 DCT thinking it would be in a few days, they said no problem have a go of this one. Did not expect that, was better than I thought so I bought one. Staff were very helpful throughout and made the experience easy for me. No pressure to buy something I did not want. Would recommend this dealer.

Very friendly service, they really care about the customer experience and are knowledgable about the bikes. There was none of the problems I've experienced from another dealer where the sales people fight over getting the commision and only know about the cars. They made sure I had all the paperwork and talked me through the bike operation. My bike order took far too long to be delivered from Honda and the date was repeatedly moved to next month. This was a Honda issue and not the dealer's fault, but it was frustrating.

Great repeat experience with Nortonway Letchworth, 2nd new bike and again everything tailored to my requirements and needs.

Overall a pleasant and relaxed experience. Absolutely delighted with the bike. Excellent service from the team. Very happy to recommend.
