Adam was brilliant. He explained everything in detail and kept me informed of every development along the way.

Good selection of vehicles
Good selection of vehicles. We were greeted immediately and offered a test drive without booking. Every time I telephoned there was no long wait for a response and the sales person if not available at the time, always got back to me. Very happy with the service we were offered

I have dealt with purchase a new car. The service was outstanding. Staff has a complete product knowledge and reply all of my quieres with full detail which keep me satisfied. He keep me well informed about all stages till delivery. He also called after sale to know about if I have any issue with Car.

We bought our Ariya 2 years ago and the Sales experience was superb as was the car but then we hit a problem with the charging port on the car and found out that the warranty was worthless, somehow we haven’t serviced the car enough - all based on mileage - so we get a £6k repair bill and total mess around at the dealership and through Nissan GB. So upset and so disappointed. Read your warranty carefully cos they will look for the slightest loophole to get out if it and as for the service plan - again, seems to be hidden excuses to use that against you if you do higher mileage.

Buying my new car
From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and helpful. I was very nervous about test driving a car. Alex put me at ease and suggested my son drive me over to the car park across the road to test the car. He also helped my partner and son surprise me by allowing them to buy it and bring it home to me. Can’t thank him enough.

"We don't repair / service folding…
"We don't repair / service folding roofs on Nissan Cars" - Don't use Norton way Group.
Having waited 2 weeks for Nissan Letchworth to repair / fix the roof on a Nissan Micra, when we arrived to hand in the keys to the car to have someone look at why the roof would not open fully we were told that they don't fix the folding roof and we should search the web for someone who would.
They have had the booking for 2 weeks but it was obvious that no one had looked at the basic requirement until just before we arrived. Obviously they had just looked at the requirement and tried to phone us after the time we were due to arrive. Bit late when we had driven 2 cars 15 miles to Letchworth. Completely unhelpful. Someone needs to change the procedure and look at bookings in detail before the car is delivered to them

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive for a scheduled booking, after waiting two weeks, only to be informed that we are unable to carry out repairs on the folding roof of your Nissan Micra. We are sorry that we failed to communicate this in advance, and for that, we sincerely apologise. We have raised this with our call centre and team onsite at Norton Way Nissan to ensure that this does not happen again’
Again, we are very sorry that we were unable to help with this particular fault, however if there is anything else that we can do, please do let us know.
