Great experience. My third car with Norton Way Letchworth. Alex was very helpful & made the process simple. Everything done in line & by phone until day of pick up

Mark was great to deal with when purchasing my new Nissan. He set up a test drive for me and didn’t hesitate when I asked for a different one last minute. He answered all my questions and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this branch again.

Not at all pushy or full of sales talk which would of had me walking out straight away.
I feel I have bought a good car at a reasonable price that comes with a comprehensive after sales service.

Salespeople are not pushy, just very helpful. I was looking for a tidy low mileage used car, and they had good range to choose from.
The salesman was very helpful on the cars I test drove, and clearly explained all about the car’s controls that I was unfamiliar with.
The car I chose was prepared well and ready to collect on time, I am very happy with my choice.

Good communication throughout the process

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this dealership. I made a reservation yesterday after having multiple calls with one of their sales representatives, Alex, to confirm availability. At no point did he mention that the vehicle might already be reserved. I even received a confirmation and saw that the vehicle was marked as "reserved" on the website immediately after booking.

This morning, Alex tells me that someone else had already reserved the vehicle the day before yesterday—which means it was already unavailable before I even spoke to him. Despite this, he allowed me to go through the entire reservation process, wasting my time and giving me false hope.

Their team claims they were unaware of the prior reservation for two days, and the original customer didn’t even contact them. Yet somehow, they’re honoring that reservation and not mine. This is a clear example of poor internal coordination, lack of transparency, and misleading communication.

They were not helpful at all and kept important information hidden. I wouldn’t trust this dealership again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Ease of purchase
No fuss, quick and efficient

Returned recently to trade in my vehicle and upgrade to a newer model. Staff (Hannah Dixon) were extremely helpful and and not point was I ever made to feel pressured into making a purchase. I was given all the information I needed to make a choice and the whole process was extremely smooth.

Adam Ashley was my disability specialist, I found him very professional and understanding of my needs. He told me about all the cars that would suit my needs. I test drove the Nissan Juke and loved it. Adam helped me with all the paperwork, we discussed design and colour, plus what I required from the car. I would recommend Norton Way Nissan, not just for the service that I received, but the Juke is a fantastic car.

I cannot fault Nissan at all. The staff are lovely, especially Hannah and Adam Ashley.

From starting the process of ordering the car to picking up the car we were updated regularly and kept in the loop about all developments regarding the car.
