Excellent service, always helpful and kept us updated.

Just purchased our 4th lease car from Norton Way motors & have found the process user friendly & professional from the sales team onsite. However the latest Credit Company Stellantis only seem to use a mobile App which is definatly NOT user friendly, its nearly impossible to contact them by phone or any other means, this needs to be addressed.

Through personal contact and expert advice, the experieince of buying another car was made easy.

Dawn was so helpful throughout the process of buying our new car! Such a credit to the company!

We ordered this car in July 2024 and Dawn kept us up to date with details of delivery etc,

I would definitely recommend Norton Way Peugeot…Staff were friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and were able to give advice to help me choose between ICE and electric cars. I’m really happy with my e2008 and they were extremely patient whilst I arranged a private sale of my car rather than part exchange. I can’t fault the service I received; no pushy salesmen just approachable, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks in particular to David who took the time to arrange extra test drives and was always quick to respond to my emails whenever I had a question.

Stewart was an amazing salesman. Very friendly and helpful and so patient.

However service team didn’t rate so highly. On final purchase day, a warning light went on before I even reached home. Had to go to my own mechanic next day. All four tyre pressures were incorrect - one significantly so. Was so not impressed.
