The price I paid for my pre-reg car was very good. My part exchange for my car was acceptable. The distance from the dealership was an issue ,but it didn't give us much choice due to the shortage of available cars in the category that we were searching. Would have liked a little bit more contact due to the distance. We did all the travelling on collection so I think a full tank of fuel was not too much to expect. Archie was very pleasant and helpful.

Amazing guidance and advice. Good knowledge of the car and talked through everything. Rang the next day to make sure I got home okay and the car was okay! Brilliant service! Steve was amazing!!

Everyone was very helpful in helping us with our new car, our questions were answered, I will be recommending you to friends.

I have bought Peugoet’s for many years now and have always gone to Norton Way as has my family. The reason for this is Dawn. Over the years I have built a friendship with her and she has never left me down. She has excellent knowledge around the models and their features, is friendly, professional, knows her stuff, works extremely hard, and above all else is genuine and honest. In my opinion Norton Way would be lost without her.

Salesperson informative, friendly & professional, not pushy & respectful of giving me time to think details through.
After using the car for a couple of days a few minor faults showed up, however, after taking car back, as requested, to be looked at, they had no notification, so have to go back at the end of the month.
I feel there was a lack of communication somewhere.

He fully understood our needs and explained all of the details of the car extremely well and thoroughly. He clearly understood the product he was selling to us. This young man will go far. Experienced and friendly people - also, familiar with their branded vehicles.
I did my own research in order to find and test drive the vehicle in interest via Spoticar/ Car Care Plan. The vehicle was brought to the local dealership after I followed the right steps. The local dealership have provided good service so far but from my experience it may need some proactiveness from your own end too in order to move things forward.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and James was so great at helping me with the whole process of buying my new car. I was pleased to be his first new car handover! Thank you all!
