Thank you for the generic response to email Scott Fogharty. I had already spoken to Scott face to face and after him reassuring me that he would personally look into the matter, it was simply passed on to the service manager. Nothing but problems with this car since I bought it. Peugeot UK are now looking into my complaint.

Recently received my new vehicle from Peugeot and I’m very happy with it. Firstly Sales Executive Vinnie was extremely professional and talked me through all the options available. Vinny helped me to change from a gear stick vehicle to an automatic vehicle. Would highly recommend the Letchworth branch and would also recommend the Peugeot 3008 it’s a dream to drive.

We were very well look after by Regan nothing was to much. Trade in on our Ford Fiesta was low so we sold it through Motor Way lot better price

The process was very smooth all the work was done behind the scenes and in advance.
This made my part very simple,and painless.
Stewart who I dealt with ,was very easy and thorough in his dealings with me which added to the experience of buying a new car memorable.

I have just purchased a beautiful new (but used) car from Norton Way Peugeot and I absolutely can't fault them at all. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was immediately welcomed with a coffee and a smile.

The service I received from Vinnie - the Sales Executive - was second to none. He was professional, polite, and the thoroughness and care he displayed throughout the entire transaction was faultless. Get that man a bonus!

The sales pitch was in no way heavy handed and it felt like a partnership from the very start. I felt I was treated honestly with no B.S. and look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership in the coming years.

Vinnie was very helpful when showing us around the different cars in the lot. He was able to answer questions about the difference between the two cars I was interested in . As I needed one with a good size boot for wheelchair and shopping.
Went above and beyond when I said that I needed a new car in few weeks .
Kept me regularly informed about the order of the car and was very helpful in answering questions about the car that I forgot to ask him about.
Once the car was ready for collection he was very helpful and patient when I was going through the paperwork as I had my son with me and needed to take breaks.
So thank you Vinnie for making my experience a great one .

Vinnie was so friendly and informative, no such thing as a silly question and he understood all our needs! He ran through all the specs pricing and searched high and low for the right car for us! He is now our go to person for any questions or queries.

Vinnie was amazing, he made buying my first car so easy, explaining everything about the car and always going that extra mile.

Very friendly company, always a hello from employees, Vinnie dealt with myself purchasing a new car, so helpful explained everything and answered any questions I had and always kept me up to date with everything going on.

I was looking to invest into an electric car and arranged to view a Blue Peugeot 208e Allure with Vinnie at the dealership.
Vinnie was excellent and provided a plethora of knowledge and detail on the vehicle, allowed me to test drive the vehicle and patiently ran through finance options for purchasing.
I really liked the vehicle however it did not have all the features I wanted e.g. front and rear parking sensors etc.
Vinnie then took the time and found another vehicle which did have these features, (A white 208e GT Premium)
Again he ran through all of the additional features and agreed for some minor work to be done in preparation for me should I purchase the vehicle.
Unfortunately I was a little undecided over the colour as I preferred the blue version.
After consideration I decided not to go ahead with the purchase as they did not have this in the blue and premium spec at the time.
Although I'm sure it was frustrating, Vinnie was very understanding and not at all pushy and even provided helpful advice for when it came to choosing the right vehicle for me.
Overall even though I did not buy the vehicle in the end (due to my own preferences) the service provided by the team at Peugeot Letchworth was fantastic and I would highly recommend them.
(I will also be looking to use them myself when I find the right car for me)

Promised everything!! Then basically lied

Buying from Norton Way Peugeot was a positive experience from start to finish.
Stuart was extremely professional, helpful and friendly.
We wanted to take our car the same day and they got it sorted in a couple of hours so we could do that.
We even got a free lunch while we were waiting!!

Really poor communication and customer service. Getting a new car through the motability service has been disappointing. Delay after delay, no communication. Several promises of call backs but after days having to chase them and call back myself, not easy when you are ill and disabled. Wish I had gone elsewhere

Every thing I asked for I got 1 mth earlier and very pleasant staff David a wasa credit to your company

the staff were helpfull,and kept me updated,the car itself is in perfect condition for its age,and looks amazing.I was considering a polo or corsa or mini, the 208 makes the others look dated.this is my first purchase from Peugeot,if my car performs well,it may not be my last..
