Had the first KIA service today for a new car , when we had a Toyota Rav 4 it always came back washed and vacuumed so a bit disappointed that no cleaning done.

One of the worst buying experiences buying a motorcycle Iâve ever had.
Shocking customer service from Chester in sales.
Recently purchased a motorbike from Honda Chiswick, after a multitude of issues and promises Iâve had no reimbursement or real solutions offered.
The bike was delivered with a nail in the rear tyre and it didnât start!
I called Chester and the service department for a solution or advice, their offer was to âbring it inâ which isnât very helpful when it doesnât start AND has a punctured tyre.
I negotiated a spare key to be included in the deal, unsurprisingly that never came, nor did my £100 token to have it programmed, they failed to tell me that I need the immobiliser code to program a key, which they lost.
Iâm waiting for the service document to be sent to me still, after waiting over a month for the bike to be delivered after purchase, Iâm doubting the service was even done.
Now Iâve had no useful communication from Chester or anyone at Honda Chiswick, and Iâm not hopeful of any reimbursement for the horrendous buying experience Iâve had from Honda Chiswick.

Honda is good brand. The big problem is the sales managers who work for Honda. They don't do their job well enough. It's very sad. Only go to Honda if you have to.

We felt pressured in asking for larger wheels?
We felt pressured in asking for larger wheels for the Honda Jazz as we were told we could not have them as the deal had to be paid and away before such a date. Which means they were not prepared to put themselves out for an elderly couple.
Secondly, we were only given about 10 minutes to be shown round a new car; they did not have any time for us. We also had to take the car back as we had no instructions on the sat nav also accessing the boot tool kit, or putting the back seats down.
Albeit checking the manual where we could.

Ben and the team were really helpful and responsive when I bought my NT1100. They located a bike from stock that met my requirements at a competitive price and happily arranged a test ride. I've had the bike now for five weeks and ridden my first 250 miles on it commuting to work. Love it!
