Renewed my Insurance from LV to Novo

Renewed my Insurance from LV a little more expensive but a better cover for my Tesla Model S.

Service excellent all round

All the aspects are handled very well and no Call centre .Ohone directly answered by knowledge ale person.You always get like for like car and they have their own fleet of Teslas.

I didn’t use my insurance for any incident. However, I was told from others using your company that Novo is good for Tesla cars

Refreshingly easy to deal with and great policies!

I found the policy for our Tesla at Novo not to be the cheapest, but the most comprehensive when it came to the cover and the flexibility of needing cover for car wrapping/PPF, something our previous insurer would not entertain. Rachel at Novo did a fantastic job preparing a quote and then followed up personally to set up the policy. I've heard great things about NOVO, hopefully we should not need to claim, but I rest easy that if we did, we are properly covered.
