The delivery was extremely fast. The delivery preceded the shipping confirmation. Luckily, someone was here to sign for the tires. The tires were ordered on a Friday. Two tires were received on Sunday and two tires were received on Monday. Shipping confirmation was sent on Monday evening.

I worked with Joe at the Lakeridge NTW and was so impressed with the service and professionalism. Usually I expect to pay at least $500 or more when I take my car in for service. Usually, the technician looks at it and has a laundry list of things that need to be done. Not in this case. Joe gave me a quote, and there were no suprises. The service was great and the cost was exceptional.

I’ve been a customer with NTW for about 13 years now, from purchasing square body Chevy parts to items for my newer ram trucks also. Always super fast shipping and the products received were always good quality as I expected them to be.

Your website has issues when ordering. The message window is in the way of adding things to the cart. Took several times to get my order made. Need to work on that or you could be losing orders.

Ordered 2 tires From National and tracking indicated a shipping label was created but there was no movement after a few days. I called and an actual customer service representative answered and reaffirmed they were on the loading dock ready for shipment. They actually called back to provide more shipping info. There was no indication on the site indicating “in stock” item. The items arrived by the end of the week and everything worked out perfectly! The price was great the shipping was reasonable and the Customer service was excellent!

I was so amazed at how fast they shipped my tires to me. I ordered them on a Friday late morning and they were delivered the next day in the morning!! I figured because they were a set of 40x13.50r17 they would take a week to get. Nope 24 hours later they on my door step! They were exactly what I ordered. My first time buying anything from here but I can tell you I'll definitely be buying more for sure!!!

Product was just as described. Very happy with them right now. Definitely would purchase them again. Shipping was fast. Fedex is really letting ntw down. Their service is terrible. I had a very hard time getting my tires from them. 3 plus hours of talking to customer service to get nothing.
