I have been wearing hair extensions and wigs for over 30 years. Two years ago, I became dissatisfied with the cheap, low quality, mass-produced products that were available online and at my local hair store. After a brief search on YouTube, for quality wigs, Nuola Wigs caught my eye! I hesitated to purchase due to the price tag. I must say, Nuola Wigs are worth every single penny and some. I am a customer for life! Most people I meet doesn't even realized it isn't my real hair. I receive compliments on the color every time I wear it, it's stunning. I have been wearing the same wig for over 2 years. I literally consider it to be my own head of hair. My Nuola Wig is so light and comfortable, I even sleep in it from time to time. When washed, as instructed on the website, it snaps back to the day I received it. Also, there is no weird chemical smells when the hair gets wet. I have had zero heat related styling issues. I am in the process of buying my second wig, a shorter style. If you are on the fence about purchasing a wig, take the splurge, without hesitation, you are so worth it.

I love this Wig- it is more than natural, it feels like my own hair that i had before i start losing it during my therapy.

The service is excellent and unbelievably friendly.

They ask me about evrey step, also if i wanna have so change in the color.

The People from Nuolawigs does and excellent service and a product which is fantastic.

My daughter has suffered with Alopecia since she was 15 now 20, which for a teenage girl was truly devastating.

We discovered Nuola a couple of years ago and have bought 4 wigs, and they are beautiful and the attention to detail and craftsmanship is unbelievable and so natural looking. We initially visited in person which helps to give you an idea on size and density you require and what style suits.

Fadzai looked after my daughter and she was truly amazing and responds really quickly to any queries you may have.

I will be contacting Nuola again soon to order another Wig for my daughter before Christmas.

I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years due to Alopecia. I have tried so many different types and brands trying to find a natural looking and comfortable piece, I finally found them through Nuola Wigs! The coloring is beautiful and the HD cap is very very natural. I get compliments all the time. Others can't believe I'm wearing a wig!

EDIT TO THE BELOW: I took Nuola to court, I won and received my money back. This has been a long, exhausting process which could’ve well been avoided.

EDIT AGAIN: Another lie! What interest?! It was a DRH. Oh and what about the bit where you breached consumer rights?!

1 star is generous! At the beginning of my alopecia journey, I did a lot of research into wig companies and soon realised Nuola looked absolutely incredible & placed an order. I discussed increasing the density with them which they agreed should be done for my cap size and put it through as a custom request.

After 8 weeks I had no wig, I questioned it and it was dispatched the next day. The wig came in a luxury silk bag and box. The wig FITTED PERFECTLY. There were a clump of return hairs near the parting which I challenged but was told this was normal. I proceeded to cut the lace and wear the wig.

The wig felt like it was ripping the remaining hair out on my scalp and proceeded to fall and slip back. One day, it completely fell off my head at work. It didn’t sit flat on my forehead and when I measured the circumference of the lace it measured 25inches which I sent a photo to them as proof. I had ordered a medium cap size at 22 - 22.5 inches.

Not only this, in the 4 wears I tried with this wig, the amount of hair it lost was concerning to say it is supposed to last 2 years. It came with a chunky non slip elastic band which they do not advertise in their videos to help adjust the size (I think they knew it was the wrong size), this showed serious signs of deterioration in 4 wears and the elastic it is held in couldn’t take the pressure and snapped within the first hour of wear.

I went back to Nuola with pictures & videos and they admitted the wig was too big and advised they would make me a replacement but to send the wig in for inspection and they would refund the cost of the postage…. This was July and I still haven’t received this money back.

They received the wig and immediately said they were unaware the wig had been worn, yet the pictures & videos I sent showed me wearing it?! So I was made out to be a liar. It then took them weeks to actually re read our old emails (all in one chain) to see they had admitted they had seen the images.

They advised the wig I sent back measured 22 inches. I asked for images but never received this. I stated it was important as I measured my head per their guide lines and again sent images of this and measure the wig circumference in the same place so if they were measuring different something needed to be addressed and I could re measure my head to ensure the new wig fit. I got nothing back.

I asked for a refund instead of a replacement as their customer service is abysmal and was just slapped with incorrect information regarding consumer rights act. This went back and forth for months.

Then a blackmail threat came through advising that if I escalated the case with PayPal they would withdraw their offer of the replacement.

I advised I would be willing to go to court to which they basically told me to take them.

We agreed on an exchange, (I was initially told this would have been ready in 2 weeks but then they seemed to constantly add delays in for no reason) but I requested that I was sent images measuring the circumference, we needed to devise a plan once I had received a wig as to what would happen if it was incorrect and the quality control measures that were in place. These never got answered.

They then advised they had made the wig as a cap size small. Which isn’t what I ordered in the first place.

After more back and forth, they then decided to tell me they had sold the replacement wig!!!!

They then told me THEY NO LONGER MAKE WIGS and could outsource but this would take 3 months to arrive?!?!? Completely unacceptable.

At this point, I ordered this wig in May and we are now in October. They had £1,300+ of my money as well as the postage costs and I had nothing.

I advised them I was going on holiday and not to respond to me until after a certain date as their emails are the most stress inducing thing I have dealt with! I returned home to find they sent the original wig back with no amendments (something that was offered which I declined due to the quality). This wig was sent back screwed up in a squashed black gift bag. So not even in the original silk dust bag or box which I had paid for.

I had no contact from them and this was not agreed. I have not had my postage refunded and they have failed to provide the product I have ordered. Talk about them holding up the middle finger.

For a company that promote a solution for alopecia, they are the least heartfelt company I have ever dealt with. They have showed no sympathy at all to the condition and have held no responsibility of their mistakes.

I would hate for anyone to experience what I have. I wish I had listened to and trusted the 1 star reviews on here because they are true!

Amazing hair! Amazing quality

This is the best wig shop where you can trust and order wig blindly. Wigs look like original hair and scalp no-one can tell you that you are wearing a wig. They reply to very nicely without taking much time. I received excellent customer support, including timely responses and useful guidance to assist me select the best solution for my requirements. The wig was wrapped neatly and shipped quickly.

I have ordered wigs from them several times, and I have always experienced excellent service and high-quality products. It’s impossible to find products as good anywhere else. The wigs look almost as natural as real hair. I’ve never had any issues and am very satisfied with everything.

Best wigs - made a huge change to my life.

I am from Denmark and have tried to find a beautiful wig for 2 years before i found nuolawigs. I was never satisfied with the danish wigs and they did not look real. I am so happy that i found NuolaWigs. Great quality and look so real. They completly changed my life. Thank you so much!

I've ordered my thirth unit with Nuola wigs because they make stunning units. And of course this thirth unit was exceptional too. The hairline is onreal, it is perfect. No-one can ever tell you are wearing a wig. And... they have amazing price tags. I'm a customer for life and I tell everyone that's dealing with alopecia that the best shop I know is Nuola wigs.

This is my third wig from this company, and they keep getting better and better! The hairline is the most realistic one I’ve ever seen, and I’ve purchased a lot of wigs over the years. What really sets them apart is their excellent customer service—they worked with me to sew in some clips upon request. I absolutely love it! Highly recommended!

I purchased a beautiful wig from Nuola Wigs after seeing reviews on YouTube.

I have some points that anyone else with alopecia universalis (total hair loss) like me should know before buying a wig from Nuola.

Without any hair, I feel everything in the wig cap, and there are a few issues I encountered:

1. Hair Cut at the Base: The hair is cut badly at the base of the wig, which is very irritating. It causes my neck to get a rash from the rubbing of the short, spiky hairs.

2. Color: The color has stayed nicely, only lightening a little bit, which is expected for a brunette wig.

3. Bleached Knots: The bleached knots are really well done and look very realistic. I love this.

Overall, I liked my wig; however, it is very uncomfortable for someone with no hair. I wish it was designed with better comfort in mind for people with alopecia who rely on a good wig, to look and FEEL good.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of comfort and the way it looks over time, I wouldn't purchase another wig from Nuola Wigs.

I have been buying wigs from Nuola Wigs for several years and I am really very satisfied. The wigs are very high quality and the staff at Nuola Wigs are very helpful and friendly, always willing to advise on everything. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I’ve ordered 2 wigs before at Nuola Wigs and they are absolute beautiful and natural. Other people cannot see that I wear wigs and that is the most important thing for me. Also, Nuola wigs is very quick to respond to request and think along with the customer.

I would definitely recommend Nuola Wigs!
