I ordered a wig a year ago. I love it. The wig was a little bit shorter as described but it fit perfectly. In the summer 2021 I ordered a customized wig. Thinking it was full lace as the first one. I was deeply disappointed. The density of the lace was under 130%. I could see the lace, the wig cap and my own hair under it. The wefts were heavy and even the cap size was completely wrong (too big). I paid almost 1000 pounds for it. I thought it was just a mistake so last month I ordered the Jordie wig. In the video it was showed as full lace wig and They asked for the cap size. Last week I received the wig and again a big disappointment! The wig wasn‘t full lace and too big. So I reached out to them and wanted a refund. They refused to give me refund. they told me because of the pandemic there isn‘t any full lace wigs anymore. But I couldn't read anything on their page. But With the videos they scam the innocent buyer, like me. They didn‘t even wanted to help or anything. I will never every order anything from there anymore!

I have purchased two wigs from Nuola Wigs and on both occasions, they arrived exactly as described. I have told people I’m wearing a wig and they said they honestly couldn’t tell, even a hairdresser! The lace and hair quality are impeccable. So if you’re looking for a good quality, real looking wig, choose Nuola!

The best and most realistic wig I have ever owned! I love the wig so much. Great communication and response from the team at nuola, they were always so helpful with my questions. The wig is so beautiful, and the hairline is incredible. Cannot recommend Nuola wigs enough.

This is my third wig from Nuola and I am extremely happy with the hair quality and the natural feel and look of her wigs.

I have purchased a ashy blonde that was customized and a shoulder length natural black wig mid 2019.

The hair is still in great quality however, after having my wig for 2 years the blonde hair has started falling out.

I will take this to be repaired and I am now looking to purchase another wig from Nuola.

If you want great quality natural looking wig I will highly recommend Nuola. She’s actually the best I’ve found in the UK when it comes to quality wigs.

Best wigs I have ever purchased and worth every penny! I have bought two wigs from Nuola so far and they have the most natural looking hairlines and the hair quality is the best I have owned so they last a long time. Most of the long human hair wigs I have purchased over the years (and there have been hundreds) get matted in the nape area or the hair appears dry after a while but these wigs do not. The hair quality is the same after you receive the wig compared to 6 months later. I had a surgery years ago that resulted in a lifelong vitamin deficiency causing hair loss so my hair is very thin and fragile that I had to turn to wigs and Nuola set the bar when it comes to quality and style. The way they color their wigs is of professional quality and looks like I just walked out of a salon spending $500 on balayage. I wish processing and shipping could be faster than waiting two months but I guess we have to remember that good things come to those who wait and they are not cutting corners to get orders out quickly so I appreciate that. Customer Service is also great and they will customize wigs to fit your needs when it comes to color, density, and cap size. Your wig with Nuola will be made specifically for you and not mass produced so I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a wig that wants one of premium quality and to appear realistic.

Really pleased with the product! Have had alopecia for most of my life and struggled to find a realistic wig. The hairline is amazing. The colour did come a bit brighter blonde than I expected from the images but I am happy with it nonetheless. I have had so many compliments and had really improved my confidence.

About to purchase another!

We are located in the US so I was extremely nervous making such a large purchase.
Unfortunately the color was not what I expected when it arrived.
I was very cautious in reading every detail about the wigs prior to purchase & kept in mind that the color may look different on our phones/computer but it looked way different in person.
They were beautiful, just not for me. There was no way I would wear them but Nuola was amazing, the customer service I received was outstanding.
It took several emails and pics back and forth along with patience on both sides but with a little time, they nailed it!
I love that they offer discounts for medical conditions.
The quality of the hair was A+, comfortable cap & the option to customize was one of the things that sold us on Nuola.
Being new to wigs, it’s been difficult to find a place we trust. I’ve been burned a few times.
It did take a longer than I would have hoped to receive the wigs but I’m not knocking them for this.
I’m in the US so obviously this will take long & the pandemic has caused a shortage/delay for so many businesses & some won’t even take custom orders right now or they are out of stock & not taking orders.
I was so afraid that they would not take my original returns & I would be out $$$$...they were so understanding & made sure we were happy.
We are so happy with our wigs and the custom color that I requested that they please keep every detail on file so we can just say, I want to order the exact same thing as last time to eliminate the back & forth.
They said they have it all on file so next time things should go much smoother. That’s right, I plan to be a repeat customer.

The Kristy wig I ordered is so beautiful and it smells so nice. The wig itself looks so natural especially the hairline. It kinda melts with your skin. I got my „Mili“ wig in febuary and I am in love. The hairline is the most realistic I have ever seen. The color was a Little lighter than expected but it still looked gorgeous. Going to order again :)

So very disappointing from start to end product .
Firstly lack of communication very poor , I understand there has been a pandemic but please communication is key!
I have alopecia and was excited to order a Nuola wig as the product looks amazing on their website.
What I actually received was one of the worst quality wigs I have purchase in the past 12 years and one of the most expensive.
The wig is enormous almost an inch and a half too big all the way around (measurements were supplied on ordering)which is just impossible to cut without ruining the shape of the wig. The return hairs are insane and just unmanageable even with product. The hair is dull , yellow and has a hint of green to it , no where near the ash blonde with root I had ordered and hair is dry and over-processed. The stitching of the wefts is lumpy and uneven and can be seen when wearing.
The lace front is probably the worst I’ve seen and stands out like a sore thumb.
In fact when you wear this wig - people know you have a wig on!!
I am saddened to have to leave such a terrible review and have pondered on doing so since February but want to save someone else thier hard earnt cash to purchase something of quality. I had to wait another 6 months until I could afford to purchase another wig after waisting £800 on something that is unwearable. I would have been embarrassed to send this out to a client knowing they have alopecia and taking there hard earnt money.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my wig!!!! I have alopecia areata universalis since 2005 and have bought hundreds of wigs since then and not even one have come close into comparison to my Nuola wig! I got the Cassie and its absolutely Stunning! I cannot believe how natural the hairline is! I feel so beautiful and confident in it!! The customer service is fantastic! They were so patient with me with my multiple questions! I'm going on to order another one today! Thank you Nuola!!! I haven't been this happy in so many years!!!!

Pros - always had a quick response to emails from Lucy who always answered my questions
- the hairline was everything I had hoped for
- the hair is the perfect thickness
-the length is longer than I’d expected
- the wig was posted in special delivery next working day
- it came with a wig cap and a satin carry bag

Cons - it took just over 7 weeks to get to me
- the hair is pretty dry
- I picked size small but it’s too big so doesn’t sit flat on my head. I would’ve returned it but needed this wig and already had to wait so long
-I have also noticed the wig has lots of split ends

I’m happy with it overall, especially the pretty much invisible lace. I’m just not sure how long it will last because of how dry it is already. I also wish it fit more snug on my head

I’m so happy with my wig! They did an amazing job at answering all of my questions and helping me get a wig in time for my sisters wedding. No one could tell it wasn’t my real hair! I’m so happy!

I cannot thank the team at nuolawigs enough for my amazing real hair wig. It’s everything I thought it would be and more. It’s given me my confidence back especially when being the only bridesmaid at my sister’s wedding.

A bit of a mixed bag.

I love the lace and the hairline, which is pretty much undetectable.

My main concerns are the cap size and the colour.

I have a wig from a different maker in medium cap size, and it fits like a glove. So after checking the sizing, I decided to go for a medium with Nuola as well but it's absolutely massive.

I bought Halle which on the website is a nice cool blonde. My wig, however, is very yellow bleach blonde. Something I rocked as a 14-year-old after a home bleach job. Not very pleasant. It also has some unbleached knots but they're towards the middle so not super visible but even so. The hair also seems a bit on the thin side.

I understand that covid caused some havoc but I can't say I'm 100% impressed. I wish them all the best, though.

Love my new wig!! This is my second wig from Nuolawigs. My first one was amazing and still looks as good as it did when I first got it in 2019. My second wig is even better if that was at all possible, because I got the HD Lace this time, and OMG it looks like it's growing out if my scalp, the hair is so soft and smells amazing when it arrived. I received within the 6-7 week time frame and the if I had any questions I got a reply within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend Nuolawigs they are a small business with big talent. x

Where do I start! Unfortunately, we needed a wig for medical reasons. Living in the U.S., I found that all the wigs look… like… wigs. This was even more depressing. After much research, I found the way Nuolawigs bleaches knots, preplucks the hairline, styles highlights that are fresh out of a high end salon, cute baby hairs -all of it- looks amazing!! Honestly, it’s not even the way it looks but just how beautiful you feel. This is the fourth wig I ordered. The last one was needed for a wedding that was coming up fast. Nuola somehow managed to get it to me and customized it so nice. They didn’t make any promises, but you can tell they care. Their customer service is so sweet and responsive. Highly recommended!!
