After Olivia McVeigh reviewed this I thought I would give their wig a go. After ordering on the 15th March, I still have no product. I was then told it was ready on the 29th June for dispatch, its now the 14th July with no tracking number in sight. A quarter of a year wait leaves a bad taste in your mouth. How much longer, another quarter?

I bought my wig from Moramode during one of the most difficult periods of my life, and I truly couldn't have wished for a more beautiful result.
The wig is amazing beautiful quality, incredibly natural, and so comfortable to wear. It has given me so much confidence.
Thank you to the whole Moramode team for your kindness and support throughout the process. I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a high-quality wig. ❤️

- Autant les perruques sont de bonnes qualités, autant le délai annoncé est mensongé. Cela fait 3 wings que je commande ces 2 dernières années et toujous le même problème, on nous annonce 15jrs de délai ouvrés de traitement environ puis l'envoi. En réalité il faut compter 1 mois et demi minimum entre la commande et la réception. De plus quand on commande en E.U des frais conséquents de douanes sont à prendre en compte en plus du coût de la wing. Je n'ai pas dit vouloir un remboursement je souhaite recevoir ma wing dans les meilleurs délais. Là vous m'annoncez un délai raisonnable alors que dans les échanges mails vous ne m'annonciez pas de délai d'envoi.
--- While the wigs themselves are of good quality, the advertised delivery time is misleading. I've ordered 3 wings in the last two years and it's always the same problem: they tell you it takes 15 business days to process approximately and ship, but in reality, it takes at least a month and a half minimum between ordering and receiving. Furthermore, when ordering from the EU, significant customs fees must be factored in, in addition to the cost of the wing. I don't tell a refund i want my wings please as soon as possible

I got the wig from Moramode at the end of November, and after wearing it daily for a few months, I can say that I have been enjoying it very much! The quality and comfort are amazing. It's the best wig I have ever owned, even tho before that I had quite a few wigs from well-known companies. Since I have alopecia, I wear this wig daily, and it doesn't tangle (just as much as any real hair would, so a little bit), it looks beautiful and realistic and makes me feel confident! I work out with it and go on with my daily life with no issues. Everything from sizing to comfort and colour is great! The customer service was also top-tier. I had issues with my payment because of my bank's rules, but customer service patiently and nicely helped me out.

I’ve been buying wigs almost once a year for a the past 5-7 years with MoraMode mode. The wig quality is ALWAYS 10/10 I’ve never had any complaints - always same quality. The only downside is the wait times can take quite long depending on the preferences. Otherwise the customer service is amazing and the hair is great :)

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. The customer service was absolutely amazing, they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure my wig arrived in time for my holiday, and I truly felt so valued as a customer. When you have hair loss, especially when you’re still fairly new to it like I am after only having alopecia for 3 years, having a wig you feel confident in is such a huge thing. Sometimes you desperately need one quickly, and they could not have done more for me.

Not only was their communication amazing and so prompt over email, but everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind and understanding too.

And the wigs themselves are absolutely beautiful. I’ve tried wigs from other companies before, but these are by far the most natural-looking and realistic I’ve found. They look and feel so high quality, yet are actually very affordable considering how expensive human hair wigs usually are.

I’m genuinely so grateful for the care and effort they put in, and I’ll definitely continue to order from them when ever I need a new wig!

I love my Moramode wigs 😍 I've worn my first ginger wig for 6 months and its still going strong. The color has faded into a strawberry blonde from all the washes but she holds up great. I just bought my second ginger wig from them and it's gorgeous. I get compliments on my "beautiful hair" all the time and people are literally shocked when I tell them I'm wearing a wig! I bought glueless ones and sewed in wig clips where I wanted them, personal choice. Moramode staff always get back to me on my emails and I'll always buy my pieces from them. Muah!!! 💋 perfection.

I love Moramode wigs , for the exact reason that it doesn’t feel like a wig when I have it on, it just feels like my hair. I don’t even refer to them as wigs, I’ll chat like anyone else, oh I need to wash my hair … As a medical needs wearer for nearly 20 years i can’t tell you the comfort & relief it is to feel normal again & not having to think about wearing a wig out in the world. Only the wigs from Moramode have made me feel that comfortable & confident, because they’re just so natural. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those going through hair loss. Customer service is absolutely brilliant, following up after delivery to make sure you’re happy. I’ve bought 3 times now & I honestly can’t see myself going anywhere else. They last for ages too, such great quality.

The most beautiful hair ! MoraMode have been consistently the best and especially for someone with hairloss to wear my hair confidently is so important . The quality is always fantastic and the most realistic hair and hairline you will find . By far the best hair . Customer service is great and very friendly . They put a lot of care into their work and it really shows .

I couldn’t be happier with my wig and the whole experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. They were so helpful, patient and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Since my order was customised, the wait was a little longer, but it was 100% worth it for the quality I received.
They really went above and beyond to create a wig exactly how I envisioned it, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything was perfect. This was actually my second purchase from them, and honestly, there’s nowhere else I would buy a wig from now. The quality, care, and service are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Lovely people - good communication

I bought wig in November and I only receive it last month after very long wait. After all this time, the hair quality is very disappointing. It is shedding a lot and now it feel like horse hair, very dry and rough, not like what was advertised at all.

I been trying contact the company many times through WhatsApp and email but nobody reply me, only seen messages. No help at all.

This whole experience is very frustrating. It was supposed to be 10 days shipping, but it take around 4 months. And the product I finally receive is not the quality they promise.

I am really disappointed. I honestly regret not checking reviews before because looks like many other customers also have same problem.

I received my wig few days ago. I am really happy with it and I think it is amazing.

My hair is currently growing back, and I expect it to fully grow in over the next several months. If that weren’t the case, I would place an order for another wig immediately because this is truly the best one I have had so far. I honestly regret not trying Moramode sooner.

The density is just right, just like my own hair, and the hairline looks great. I genuinely feel like no one could tell it’s a wig, and it has given me the freedom to feel like myself again.

I recently ordered and received my 3rd order / hair piece from Moramode so knew what to expect and as usual the hair I ordered was well packed and looked lovely. As a trans woman good hair gives me so much confidence and based on the compliments I get the majority of people cannot believe that it isn’t growing out of my head. They last a long time and usually order roughly every 18 months so I feel I get my moneys worth even if it is a big investment upfront.
The only negative I can comment is around the delivery time / communication. All of my orders have probably taken a bit longer than anticipated and have had to chase for an update but when then wigs come I instantly forget about this and admire the handiwork.

I do love these wigs and using them daily! The quality and the feeling is amazing therefore worth a little longer wait.
My last purchase hade some issues. My hair went on an little adventure… the fault was completely, and human, on DHL’s part. The customer service at Moramode were so helpful. Almost a daily contact, they kept me in the loop for every step and a much appreciated check in later on. I am not loving the wait but I highly recommend due to the quality and the great customer service. You can feel safe ordering from Moramode 🫶🏻
