James Aryan was amazing. he made my shopping experience smooth.

Hi, I love your products and its quality. However, my order was delivered a couple days ago but did not receive it. I was really looking forward to my new band. Hoping I am able to find a solution to this ordeal.

Well when I made my purchase my credit card for whatever reason didn't go through and instead of just letting it go they got on the phone and they personally called me and asked me what they could do to make this work. And long story short, my watch bands are in the mail and on the way and I greatly appreciate all their help. They went well above and beyond

Very polite and quick to resolve my issue. This is my second order from them. I was very happy with my engraved purchase the first time.

I decided to buy here just because the watch was $15 cheaper than Amazon, BIG MISTAKE, you get what you pay for. I'm from Guatemala sending the watch to some relatives of mine in CT. They emailed me asking for my address in Guatemala for whatever reason never explained, they respond email until the next day even if I responded within 10 minutes giving the information and then they cancelled the orded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service associate was very helpful.

Great customer service. I called them for correcting my email address, and they were responsive.

Excellent customer service! I will absolutely be dealing with NYWatch Store in the future!

Customer service was excellent. Called and answered phone quickly. James is friendly and helpful.

James, thanks for your wonderful service with the purchase of a fine watch for our son. He video-called us so we could share his experience of unwrapping his gift. The watch is so beautiful and is exactly what he wanted. Thank you for making his birthday present so special! I'll be looking at your site in the future and will highly recommend to my friends.
