Efficient and friendly service - would highly recommend!

This was the best customer care experience. The business called me the following day to fix my bank info. My order came in 2 days with the express shipping option. My watch was perfect.

A person answers the phone within a couple of rings and does not "pass the buck". Highly recommended.

Second time ordering. Customer service and returning are very easy and the customer service reps have been knowledgeable with what I needed.

I had a question about a watch strap and your associate James helped gide me to find a new band.
Corresponding with James was a delight and took away the pressure of possibility choosing the incorrect watch band.

Very efficient and professional Customer Service

James made it easy and had exceptional customer service and made sure the band would fit the watch It was going to be attached to. Will definitely be shopping with this company again.

I was unsure what size (width) band I actually needed but James was patient and persistent and while purchasing a 14mm band, he included both 14mm and 15 mm pins. Sure enough, he was correct! I love the bracelet band as it is easy to get on and off and doesn't have expansion units that will break. Also, I purchased an inexpensive tool set they offer which made putting on and fitting the band very easy. THANK YOU!!

Had a payment issue and James handled it in under a minute and shipped my item that day. Professional and highly efficient. Recommended

Top notch customer service.
James is the best !
Buy with confidence from these folks !

I initially ordered a watch that had a 2-3 week wait, which at the time of ordering was typical. I ended up finding a local place to purchase the watch so I asked that my order be cancelled and I received quick support and quick refund. While on the site I found ANOTHER watch and it was in stock so I ordered that one and it arrived super quick. James was super supportive in the refund process and I’m following up on the second purchase. Will be ordering additional items in the future as pricing and selection are on point and service is solid. Thanks for everything.

I purchased a 30 dollar product and paid for 40 dollar shipping. James called to confirm this wasn’t a mistake. I told him no, that’s what I paid for and thanked him for reaching out.

Contacted they what's app and called, hit l got a called back with the correction I needed for my order and all in timely matter.

The Customer Service rep returned a question I had on my order and resolved it immediately. Very pleased with my transaction @ nywatchstore thus far.

It’s the first time I place an order to your and so far it’s been the best thing I have done

The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful with my request to make changes to my order. He provided a resource link and was very communicative via text as well.

My concern and request was handled in a most courteous, professional and expeditious manner.
I am extremely appreciative of the care and concern afforded me by your customer service agent and therefore with this in mind, I would certainly do business with your company in the future.

I was having an issue of trying to make the purchase go through online and James called me and helped me out over the phone to complete the order and get it shipped out to me.

Phone support was pleasant and quick. Made it easy and led me to a purchase that I’m happy with.
