A huge thank you to Amina K for the amazing service! I needed a SIM replacement and had already visited the store a few days earlier, but unfortunately her colleagues weren’t able to resolve the issue.
When I came back, Amina took the time to understand the problem and was able to sort everything out quickly and professionally. She was friendly, patient, and clearly knew what she was doing. Her excellent customer service turned what had been a frustrating experience into a really positive one.

Abdulkarim was very helpful and patient, was having issues with my E sims when i got back from holiday and after many network resets and sim replacements we find out it was a hardware issue so advised me to have the phone checked out with apple, appreciate his efforts

Very happy with wasima's service as she helped me with replacing my sim as I lost my phone and also showed me the latest virgin media deals as I was paying very high for my broadband and she has provided me a cheaper and better offer than what I currently have.

Reqko and Abdulkarim were absolutely amazing, they helped me transfer my number from my mother‘s account. They were very polite and easy to talk to and informative. They were approachable at the beginning and maintain professionalism throughout the hour
