Piece of Mind
In your lifetime you’re going to have make some kind of insurance claim, household, car whatever… As these processes evolve, companies are keen to make these processes ‘easier’ and where people become apprehensive. I can honestly say when it came to my claim and receiving a call from Lee Goodwin at Oakleafe that wasn’t the case !!
From the first call he took care of everything, and made me feel so at ease, comfortable and explained the process 👍🏼

Trustworthy and Professional service
This was my first experience using a loss assessor for an insurance claim, and James from Oakleafe was outstanding from start to finish.
The entire process was handled with complete transparency, and James treated the claim as if it were his own. He kept us informed at every stage and managed communications with the insurer far better than I could have on my own.
I highly recommend Oakleafe, and in particular James, to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable insurance assessor.
