I am so grateful for Oakleafe, especially Aaron! My adjusters were trying to throw my claim out for a silly reason, I realised I needed some help and after a bit of research I discovered Oakleafe. They understood my circumstances and were abe to send over Aaron the assessor. He was absolutely fantastic and took charge of the claim. He managed to argue with the insurance company and they managed to accept liability and offer a decent settlement! I am over the moon!

I would like to thank Oakleaf and in particular Graham for the support and professionalism that he and his team gave us through what has been a difficult journey. These guys are a must if you have to make a claim. A fire in our business on 8th August 2023 nearly ruined us. Do not be fooled that your insurance company will help you. They tried their best not to pay our claim. Graham and his team have saved our livelihoods and our business is better and stronger than it was before. We’ve just received our final payment from the claim and we are really pleased. I would happily recommend them.

Michael has been amazing and I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. The insurance companies loss management company made our claim unnecessarily difficult by giving us incorrect information as to what would be replaced from the start. Followed by a settlement that was ridiculous. Some 5 months after we lodged the claim for a serious escape of water we had a site visit from the loss adjuster. Despite serious damage to the house we were told that we wouldn't be relocated as I could use half the kitchen to prepare food in while the other half was stripped back to it skeleton, then swop over for the other half. We have got to have internal walls removed and replaced, half of the entire ground floor removed and the bottom of the stairs repaired. We were told we could live in the bedrooms while the work was being carried out as the lounge would be used as storage for all the items removed from other rooms and all the work could be done for £15000 if we used their builders! Every other builder quoted double and said we would need to decamp while the work was being done, not least because of the possible asbestos and dust, mould spores etc. I was at my wits end when I found Oakleafe, they were fantastic from the start and Michael has sorted everything out for me. It has taken time and it is a year since we opened the claim, but the work to repair my house starts next week, by builders of our choice. I can't thank Michael enough.

The Insurance claim process was very stressful as I tried to do it alone and failed. The saying horses for courses is true as Oakleaf knew their stuff. I am grratful for Dean especially as he was a true saviour for me and my family. I recommend these guys but get them in early to help and try not do it yourself,

Anybody looking for help of loss assessor stay away. I have been dealing with these guys for a year. They are always taking weeks to reply or pass your request to loss adjuster. Even the email you send to them to forward to loss adjuster, you would hear after a week that it is not been sent because they are busy. You would employ them thinking that guys would help with claim however they end up creating more hurdle and additional level of bureaucracy for you. At the time of signing 2 gentleman visited my home saying they would be available for help, telling me how knowledgeable they are - now i am being told director does not have time for any talk.

Anyway really bad experience, find someone else who is helpful and has time to assist you.

Everyone we dealt with were very professional , patient and understanding.Nothing seemed too much bother to them.Would definitely recommend the company.

Never again will i use a these people. Had a small claim years ago and did it myself no problem, large fire claim this time and all they have done is basicly employ a SURVEYOR to the tender process. Could have done that myself.
