Occhiali di bassissima qualità, pulisci le lenti e scricchiolano, si rigano con niente.. Terribili.

Super comfortable. No foot fatigue. I work in sales and tried these on a whim. My only complaint the insoles have not held up at all. I have warn them for 3 months and walked probably 500 to 600 miles. Still comfy but I have to replace the insoles too fast.

There is no way to speak to a human, it’s mafia grade customer service . Run for the hills, do not buy from these scammers

No way to leave reviews on products. The new Aro5 is nice except one huge oversight, the side straps are not adjustable. The triangle sits way too high and puts pressure on the outside of the wearer's ears. Game over. Not usable.
Also, forget about easy customer service. Oakley customer service has become horrible. You'll get reps that don't know Oakley products well at all and just give you a run around. The phone system pushes callers to use their horrible chat service that glitches out constantly and has reps that are even worse than the phone line. Runaround. Forget about exchanges. Customers are required to return items that are defective or unwanted, wait 1.5+ weeks for it to arrive and be processed. Then go through the painful process all over again. Quality of Oakley cycling helmets has become laughable. Of the 6+ I've tried, they were all out of spec from each other. Order 3 of the same item and take your pick which one might be ok, then return the other 2. That's about the easiest way to maybe get a decent helmet. You used to be great at everything you did Oakley. Now, good luck people. No wonder you're don't allow customers to leave reviews, you've completely lost your way.
2 stars for still having cool looking stuff. Your glasses are still fantastic. I'd think twice about ordering anything online through Oakley. Go to a store if possible.

The claimed battery life of the Oakley Meta Vanguard is laughable. It claims 6 hours of music yet I was only able to get half that. I took 4 photos but this shouldn't consume 50 percent of the battery

Extremely Disappointed – Hardware Issues and No Help from Support
I received my Meta glasses on July 28, and I’m already experiencing hardware issues after only a few months of light use. Since the device is still under warranty, I reached out to customer support hoping to either exchange them for the black lens version (since mine are messed up) or get a refund for a defective product.
Unfortunately, I was told no to both options, which is incredibly disappointing considering the glasses are clearly malfunctioning and should be covered. I expected better support from a company partnered with Oakley, but this experience has really changed my view.
At this point, I’m seriously considering not wearing Oakley products anymore, since it seems they don’t want to stand behind their devices or help their customers when issues come up.

OAKLEY SUTRO compradas hace 14 meses, aclarándolas bajo el grifo con agua, se parte la parte de la montura donde encaja la patilla. Me pongo en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y me dicen que no esta en garantía y que me "ofertan" la reparación, que es mandarme una montura nueva por un precio de 125€, que es más que lo que cuesta una gafa nueva con lentes. La lente nueva en su la web de OAKLEY cuesta 86€.
La publicidad de la gafa de OAKLEY "• El ligero material O Matter™ de la montura proporciona durabilidad y comodidad durante todo el día". Si la durabilidad es que dura un poco más de un año recomiendo que no compre estas gafas.Además del pesimo servicio postventa que te vale más la montura que la gafa entera.

So I bought the transition pant two years ago caused I worked in the bar industry and I needed something lightweight and breathable. Instead of wearing those heavy denim jeans that over time loose there color. So far I can’t complain about these pants I’ve really put these pants to the test. I have fell from my E-bike and they did not ripped, I am really impressed on the performance on these pants. It’s honestly the only pants that I wear when I am running errands. I feel like you do get your money worth out of these pant.

La atención al cliente de Oakley es penosa. Compré unas gafas hace más de 2 meses, pedí la cancelación el mismo día y nunca me respondieron. Ahora las gafas no funcionan, no hacen fotos ni vídeos, y no he recibido ningún tipo de ayuda ni solución. He perdido 558 € y solo obtengo silencio. Una vergüenza de servicio.
zuerst eine zertraktze Brille bekommen, Rücksendeoption geht nicht, man muss es beim Kundensupport beantragen.
Der Kundensupport ist absolut inkompetent, sei es bei Fragen, Hilfe oder sonstiges.
Man bekommt einen rabattgutschein, den man aber dann nicht einlösen kann weil auch etwas nicht funktioniert.
Das wichtigste beim support ist zu sagen dass man bitte positiv bewerten soll.
Ich kaufe nicht mehr beio oakley direkt, die brillen sind bei Händlern günstiger als auf der oakley seite und man bekommt auch keine beschädigte Ware wie von Luxottica (oakley deutschland)

I’ve been a loyal Oakley and Luxottica customer for years, but my recent experience completely changed my opinion of their brand and customer care.
I purchased a pair of Sutro sunglasses a few months ago, used only occasionally for cycling, exactly what they’re designed for. While riding one day, the right temple (arm) suddenly detached and fell off. There was no crash, no drop, no misuse. Maybe just normal vibration from riding?
I opened a warranty claim requesting only a replacement temple, not a new pair, since the frame and lenses are still in perfect condition. Oakley denied the claim, saying the “frame and lenses were not complete.” The only reason the part is missing is that it fell off during normal use, something clearly beyond my control.
They offered me 50% off a new pair, which feels unreasonable for a defect that appears to be a manufacturing or quality issue. These sunglasses are barely used, purchased around May 2025, and yet failed under normal conditions.
It’s frustrating to see such poor support from a brand I’ve trusted for years. I strongly encourage others to consider alternatives like Roka, which stands behind their products and offers much more reliable service.

Horrible, je me suis fais complètement arnaquer j’ai attendu un colis en le récupérant j’ai remarqué que le colis a étais ouvert durant l’envoi et sur le suivi il y avais écrit " paquet reconditionné durant l’acheminement " à son arriver en ouvrant le colis il n’y avais aucune paire de lunette mais un autre produit remplacer pour que le paquet soit plein. Le colis a étais ouvert par le bas du carton et des étiquette on étais mise pour camoufler l’ouverture. Après avoir contacter le service client il m’on fais attendre 3 semaines pour me dire qu’au final le paquet a bien était envoyé sans prendre compte des photos et des explication envoyé. Depuis plus aucune réponse du service client. Je me suis fais arnaquer 519 euros
These are incredible! They fit secured onto your face and won’t be scared to run or do stuff with them. I also had the raybans Gen 2 and decided to give those to my brother and kept the Oakleys myself. They just fit me better. They look great! Definitely worth every penny.

Dreadful service. According to the shop (Covent Garden) the system kept cancelling my order and many others.
Be very careful before you buy from Oakley.
The Ellipse belt is poor quality. For almost $100, I'd expect this belt to not start splitting any time before at least a year of use. I've had it about a month, and the common hole I use to insert the buckle peg has already split away. The concern is that when I bend over or flex it pops out and doesn't hold as well as it did when it was new all of a month ago. I am a thinner person, so that is not the problem.Oakley needs to pull this product and start over.
