Habe schon mehrmals eine offensichtlich benutzte oder Defekte Brille erhalten. Rückversand ist mit UPS und Etikett selber drucken so umständlich wie es nur geht. Werde ich in Zukunft meiden.

This is a scam after creating such a fuss yesterday with Oakley and UPS who are no better my order is the 14th and payment 18th they tell me today they cannot deliver when my parcel is returned from Poland I then have to wait a further 14 days
Such crap service find your goods else where
I love the shape and the quality of the lenses and the frame, but it has one MAJOR flaw. There is no grip on the end of the ear pieces so they constantly slide off of my head especially if I have them sitting on my hat. Yes I can get a leash so they don’t do that but I shouldn’t have to. So if Oakley reads this please start putting grip on the ear prices. I have no other gripes. These are great glasses and I’m on my second pair.
I didn't buy these glasses through this website first off. I bought them on vacation in universal Orlando in Florida. I need a good pair of sunglasses since all my cheaper ones just couldn't hold up to daily wear in bright conditions. I live part time in Florida, so they get good use. First they're incredibly comfortable to wear. I have a wide head, and they fit like a dream. They're lightweight so once they're on its easy to forget your wearing them. Second the Prizm effect is like switching from 720 to HD when the glasses are on. Everything is clearer and colors are more vivid. Third they're very very durable. Ok first I weigh 280 pounds, I'm a big boy, and I walk a lot. One night I had my glasses resting on the top of my hat and they were knocked off by a Halloween decoration I walked under and they fell to the ground where I continued to step on them without noticing... they didn't bend, crack, or scratch. And when I stepped on them my full weight was delivered to the lenses down... I guarantee any, I mean any other pair of glasses would've at least scratched. I had a pair of ray bans do the same thing and when I lifted my foot off of them, they were demolished. I mean lens cracked in half, frame bent and cracked, they were toast. I did buy them at a vacation Hotspot so the price was a bit more than they normally are. I think I paid 245 for them. But truthfully, I'd do it again, and again. When I was a kid I skied a lot, and I grew up in a wealthy family so every trip I got a new pair of Oakleys. Honestly I never knew as a kid how nice they were. But now that it's my own money I spend, I can tell you every pair of Oakleys I've had, we're top top tier. Even compared to other luxury brands I've had. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you're looking for a quality pair of glasses for any occasion. Trust me, spend the money now and you'll get the value out of them time and time again.

These glasses are tight !! A mistake I will try to live with, 15 believe the with of these at about 150 mm ? Was fitted for a different RX set and was told I need 160mm frames . These glasses pinch/ clamp before my ears and cause pain / discomfort after 2 hours of wear .

This sunglasses started to loose their color after 2 weeks of owning them! You would think when paying $200 for sunglasses they would be better quality! I am not satisfied with these particular pair of sunglasses at all!

Horrible glasses not worth $200 at all. Cant believe I barely dropped the glasses and both handles broke off instantly. Don't buy this product unless you like to waste money. For it to cost over $200 and break so easily is ridiculous.

I have been wearing Okley's Double Edge sun glasses for years now, I have always had trouble finding good polirized glasses that fit my big head. XXL. I hope Oakley never stops making them.

Loved everything about the glasses until 3 weeks in, Bluetooth just stopped connecting. Customer support and technical support did nothing to help correct the problem. They were of very little help. I told them I loved the glasses and just wanted them to replace not a refund. Two weeks later after a lengthy return process waiting on a "special" box they would only accept return in, they couldn't repair either. Refunded my card, I would advise if you're offered or can get an extended warranty do it. They told me if it had been more than 32 days nothing they could've done.

Onlineshop funktioniert nicht richtig. Man kann nur wäre im Warenkorb hinzufügen aber nicht mehr rausnehmen. Echt schlecht. Qualität von einem Fakeshop!!! Kann nicht so schwierig sein für ein 2 Milliarden Unternehmen sein Onlineshop zu fixen!!!??

This product is definitely not worth the price. Constant disconnect with the slightest movement. Always losing calls and having to tap the glasses to get the call back. Even having to use my other headset and just turn these off. Better off just to wait for better tech to come out and wear cheap glasses.

Oakley lost a long time customer, my dog is even named Oakley…..
I accidentally got hit in the head and one of the arms broke on my litebeam glasses. No one makes a replacement arm for these and Oakley stopped making them so I have a perfectly good pair of glasses that are trashed. Why would you stop or not make replacement arms for seeing glasses!? After this experience I’m going to buy heatwaves next….. good by Oakley!

Ich habe auf Oakley.com vor einigen Wochen eine Sehbrille sowie eine Sonnenbrille bestellt. Beide mit dem gleichen Rezept.
Die Sehbrille kam mit korrekten Werten, die Sonnenbrille hatte anstatt -2,0 +2,0 was natürlich ein sehen unmöglich macht.
hier bat man mir an, die Brille zurück zu senden und ich bekommen auf meinen nächsten Einkauf 40% Rabatt, was sich natürlich sehr lukrativ anhörte.
Also schickte ich die Brille zurück, kaufte eine neue inkl. der 40% und warte heute noch auf mein Geld! Lt. Sendungsverfolgung ist das Paket eingegangen, lt. Oakley haben Sie keine Brille erhalten. Oakley möchte von mir wissen was ich alles getan habe, um die Retoure zu machen. Geld sehe ich hier bestimmt nicht mehr und der Rechtsanwalt hat neue Arbeit.
I’ve been a fan of Oakley for a long time, but unfortunately my experience with the Frogskins s is not good. I get light reflections from the frame itself, and if it’s a little bit sunny I’m already blinded.
These boots are so comfortable after the 5 days it took to break them in. Didn’t think they’d be a good boot after a blister after day 2 but I was wrong these are more comfortable than some of my sneakers they are really lightweight I’m the water resistant is pretty good (just spray them once a week with any boot protection spray). A little hard to get on but as the loosen up it’s getting easier to get on and off. I’m a mechanic on my feet all day so all day comfort is a must and durability is a close second. IMO these boots so far are living up to their price tag, they fit and feel more like a really high top sneaker and a really good looking boot with one subtle “O” on each tongue. Will be buying again when the time comes

Der Retouren-Prozess entspricht nicht den Erwartungen. Die laut UPS bestätigte Rücksendung ist zwei Wochen her und ich habe noch immer keine Bestätigung oder gar Rückzahlung. Der Support funktioniert nicht, wenn man den Status erfragen will, ist kein Mitarbeiter verfügbar. Sehr enttäuschend, nicht zu empfehlen.
