Ordered Nika 2 piece set from Studio, and unfortunately one part was missing from the charging station. Studio’s customer service was appalling, but after writing to Obaby on instagram, and consequently an email with Beth the replacement part has been sent! Absolutely delighted, speedy replies and fantastic customer service. The furniture is also great quality!

Lovely furniture and top quality products. Love that they have more creative and colourful options for furniture sets, compared to other brands out there.
The OBaby customer service is always super helpful which is a great bonus!

Good quality cot at a very reasonable price. Delivered on time and in very good condition. Dare I say, fun to assemble!

Obaby cot bed had good reviews and was a nice design. It was very good value from the manufacturer itself. The order was delayed, but by less than a week and e-mail communication was very good. (The cot smelled quite strongly when it arrived so couldn't put baby straight into it. We knew it met British Regs and was non-toxic, so nothing to worry about but it was too overpowering initially. However, we were able to wash it with hot, soapy water and vinegar, took it out into the garden to air each day for about 4 days and it was absolutely fine.) Really pleased with quality and value of product.

Very Very helpful customer service.Fast to answer questions. Cot is very sturdy, good quality and appears to be comfortable for my daughter.I have the Stamford Spacesaver cot and it still is spacious while not taking up alot of space in the room.It looks really nice and well made.

Our baby’s cot bed parts were damaged when it had to be taken apart. We contacted obaby customer support team and they were great! They sorted replacement parts in a matter of few days- we were so relieved that we can get original parts and cot will remain safe.
Their products are amazing quality ( we have a baby wardrobe too)- couldn’t recommend this brand enough!

We lost some of our bolts for the cot bed when moving.
Maria from Obaby was so helpful.

Fantastic well made cot bed , we have been using for over a month now , solid construction , easy to assemble , loos fantastic in just plain white, we bought the mattress to fit and the baby loves it.

Very impressed with variety of stock on website. Ordering was very easy.
Delivery was quick.

We only asembled the chest of drawers so far. It seems sturdy and has loads of space.
Only negative thing I would say so far ( it's not being used yet) is that assembly would have been a lot easier if all the parts had markings...only two parts were marked in the two boxes that that chest of drawers came packed in.

We brought a nursery set from them and we managed to ruin one of the nuts for the cot when assembling (it was our error and the instructions do warn you about it and to be careful) i emailed the customer service team to ask if i can buy some new nuts for the cot today and i’ve just received a call back asking me how many i needed and that they would send them in the post free of charge. I spoke to Maria in the customer service team she was really lovely, helpful and friendly.

My baby grandson had a cot from Obaby it was beautiful and very strong. I stored the cot after my grandson grew out of it and when I needed it for my new granddaughter I had somehow lost the fittings. I phone the company and a lovely young lady called Beth helped me. She was so understanding, I couldn’t be more pleased with the help this company provides and would recommend them to anyone.

Our cot has arrived & been put up.. after many weeks of hunting trying to find the right cot for us. It’s great quality with the wood being nice and smooth.. which was a concern after I got a splinter from touching a cot in a shop! We are based in what is classed as a rural location so we were unable to process our order online with our postcode. I called the team and dealt with the lovely Maria who could not have been more helpful and friendly. She got everything sorted and completed the order over the phone after trying to adjust the website. I couldn’t recommend their service enough let alone the quality of the product, which was also super quick and easy to put together (although we did do it together) and can’t wait for the day our little one moves into her cot bed! I requested help with spares 3 full years after my purchase of a cot bed. I had lost some bolts.
They were so efficient and helpful sorting out what I needed and sending it completely free including postage.

The delivery date has changed 3 times on an order I placed nearly 2 months ago. Will this order ever arrive…!?!?

The customer service i received from every person was absolutely outstanding and super friendly. Maria delt with my query and was really understanding and easy to reaolve. The problem was me losing part so i felt quite silly asking what to do, but they really made me feel that it wasnt a problem.
The quality of their furniture is amazing, its beautiful and sturdy. Im so excited to put our babies room together now.

Well done to Charlotte (Charlie) for resolving my issue with a spare set of bolts etc. As usual, I had put them in a safe place and they have since been stolen by goblins. Fortunately Charlie was on the case and sent me a new set.

We have had this cot through two children for 6/7 years and it is still going strong. Looking forward to re-using it again soon. Well done - I thoroughly recommend this product and company.

Great customer service! I ordered a cot as I wasn't sure how much space we had in the nursery, turned out we had a lot more then first thought. So I went on to order the changing table, if I had brought it with the cot it would of come as a bundle deal. When I spoke to them they was very understanding and allowed us to order the changing unit at a discounted price to match the deal bundle.
The quality is also amazing!
