10 out of 10 for exceptional customer service! After a few difficulties, Charlie kindly arranged for the QC, James to come to my home and assemble my Nika Cot. He was so kind and efficient. Charlie was so professional and sympathetic towards me. The problem was rectified and resolved within a day of speaking with Charlie. They kindly brought me over some goodies, including chocolates and baby toys! I cannot thank this company enough, the customer service has been second to none, and they really showed their care and compassion towards me and my situation. I am so truly grateful to such a great team.

The cot looks fantastic and everything is perfect, as I was promised.

You should all be proud of the team you work amongst! Thank you again.

Had dealings with two bad companies and obaby saved the day

We had a few miss haps with one part of the cot being damaged and then the replacement part being for a different cot, but Maria on customer services was so helpful and understanding with my frustration of it all. She ensured the correct part was sent out asap and communication was quick! Thank you!

I found Maria explained what she needed me to send her so that she might help me. I did and she came back straight away to confirm my order number and how I should pay. Very precise and straight to the point. Well done Maria

The grace mini cot bed was easy enough to install however some of the finish, particularly around the top rails leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully able to face the jagged edge against the wall. However building the undercot drawer a separate matter... very frustrating, the slots weren't wide enough to accommodate the bottom sliding panel and took double the time of the cot build to make!

I bought a bed a last year now due to a situation I had to move out of house which meant I couldn't take all the items of the bed, The CS has been amazing, I can't fault it.

Upon putting my cot together in preparation for our 2nd child, I found that I had lost/misplaced some fixings. I emailed Obaby to find out where I could source replacement parts and they very quickly and kindly despatched new fixings to me. Absolutely 1st class experience. Thank you Charlie.

Cannot fault the customer service at Obaby. I had two separate issues with my furniture (one about a missed delivery and one about needing a spare part) and both were dealt with quickly, professional, and with absolutely no hassle from Obaby. The quality of the furniture is great, and can tell it’ll last a long time.

Amazing customer care!
Charlie and then Maria dealt with my query (always responding so promptly) and I have been sent a set of fittings (free of charge) for a cot that I bought over 4 years ago, but have stupidly misplaced the fittings!
Can’t thank them enough!

Every effort was made to find parts for an older cot and then they were sent free of charge. Fantastic and generous customer support!

Ordered a glider chair for the nursery from Obaby. It was delivered quickly and packaged well to help prevent damage. Chair is great, seems good quality and was very easy to put together.

Our footstool cushion had a few marks on it when delivered so I contacted customer service to enquire about a replacement. This was picked up quickly by Katie who was extremely helpful and got a new one sent out to us in a matter of days. Once received Katie then organised the marked one to be picked up and sent back to the warehouse for investigation.

Katie kept in touch almost every day and at each stage to give me updates on the delivery and made the process very easy.

Overall, very happy with the product and the customer service - Katie especially.

I contacted Obaby due to carpet fitters damaging a part on our brand new baby changing unit and enquired if it was possible to get just a replacement part rather than the whole unit, I expressed I’d be more than willing to pay for this and just wanted everything to be perfect for when the baby arrives. I was emailed back by Charlie from Obaby who dealt with my enquiry quickly, effectively and in a friendly manner. The level of customer service was fantastic and my issue was resolved with no stress on my part and also free of charge! Would highly recommend Obaby furniture to any expecting parents. I had seen the Obaby nursery furniture on instagram but wasn't sure on the quality. I shopped around and was about to buy a nursery set from mama's and papa's for around £1200 I didn't even like that much. Eventually went to the Baby & Toddler show where Obaby was exhibiting and I'm so glad I waited! The furniture is such good quality, not rickety at all, and the service and delivery was amazing. Highly recommend.

We ordered an Obaby cot bed and unfortunately some of the screws were missing. Although this wasn’t ideal, I contacted Obaby and within 1 day they replied to me, apologised and advised they had posted the missing items to me. I received them within a couple of days. Great service and impressed at their speedy resolution.
