Never had such bad luck or shall I say service in all my online ordering history.

We ordered a cot bed from the company in prep for our first baby. This was in advance, so would be organised prior to our new arrival.

We waited 3 weeks for arrival, which is fine as we had been notified of this.
1. Then we received an incorrect sized piece. Waited a week for it to arrive.
2. Then we received a wrongly manufactured piece. Waited half a week for it to arrive.
3. As we progressed with the cot bed- we discovered another wrong sized piece had been provided. So mixed & matched pieces of the standard cot bed and mini.
4. The parcel was collected from Obaby damaged, so the couriers declined to deliver. Therefore, another week had passed.
5. Finally received all the correct pieces for them not to send requested screws. As it would be difficult to dislodge and remove from the incorrect parts.
6. Had requested to speak to senior management due to the customer experience, but no one had ever been in touch.

The customer care team had been fast to respond. But clearly something in the warehouse would be going entirely wrong for every step of this transaction to go so horribly wrong.

Not what expectant parents need!
Worst experience ever.

Customer service was excellent...I needed replacement screws/bolts to convert the cot bed back into a cot as I had misplaced the originals. These were replaced with no hesitation and promptly free of charge.

I have requested cancellation same day the order placed, there is no way to reach out via phone, I send an email to the email support as instructed per website and yet the order was completed and shipped! They do not monitor the email from customers and there is no way to contact them…. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOW TO REACH OUT TO YOU AND ACTUALLY CHECK!

Products are great. Not the cheapest but totally worth it.
Customer service is amazing too. Beth is very helpful and no messing around.

Highly recommend and will be ordering again

Chair has been great, however black paint has come off the base and ruined a brand new play mat for my daughters bedroom. OBaby will not take responsibility that the paint has come off their product saying this has not happened before, but it has, there is a first for everything!!! Now I have a play mat that looks hideous because of your furniture.

Emailed this morning and had a super speedy response from Maria. I missed her original call but voicemail was left with all information needed to resolve my issue. Very helpful and stress free! Thanks

I ordered an obaby little Prince cot from a third party site, Arrived within a few days, box was damaged, on first look seemed alright, wasn't until putting together we noticed the dent on one side of the little prince end, then turned over to find an awful crack. As we had already started to put the cot together, didn't want to have to take apart and send the whole thing back through third party, i contacted obaby by email, told of my problem, was emailed back within the hour that a replacement would be sent, 2 days later arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy obaby products again, customer service is excellent could not fault them thanks to Maria, Highly recommend for quality and service.

Contacted help desk as misplaced some parts, service was fantastic, its really nice to speak with real people willing to listen and help you.

Great service resolved very quickly

I placed an order in October, expecting to receive my items promptly. However, the delivery was significantly delayed, and I did not receive my order until mid-December. The communication was not only difficult but also frustrating, as I was met with irresponsiveness. It is disheartening to note that the level of service received post-purchase differs so markedly from the treatment one might receive during a fair or promotional event.

This company is exceptional, they go above and beyond. It's the second time we've contacted them within a couple of years. Their Customer Service is amazing, they respond on the same day, no 'Chatbot' it's a real person! (Thanks Charlie)
On this occasion we needed a spare part, which they are providing free of charge! The quality of their products is first class and I have no hesitation in recommending them for all your baby needs.

Great customer service. I lost some parts when moving and spoke with Maria on the phone. She promptly found what I needed and after calling to pay they were sent super fast. Great company in terms of response.

Had a small problem and e-mailed the company they replied within 2 days and happy to say my problem has been sorted

We had lost some of the parts for are cot and Beth was happy to send us some replacements so we could make the cot safe again

Maria at Obaby is a star. I purchased a Moisture Management Cot bed Mattress for my granddaughter in America. The mattress was delivered to me in the UK. It was perfectly packed ready for me to take it on the plane when I visit the family for Christmas.

Maria responded to my enquiry immediately and if I could give her 10 stars, I would!

Maria was helpful, professional and knowledgeable from the first moment I contacted the team until she made sure all was resolved.
After I have purchased the product from Amazon it arrived damaged. Amazon were awful with the return process (asked me to drop off a 20kg package with a size 60 x 120cm to the post office).
I have contacted Obaby directly and asked for help. Despite they are not responsible for the delivery made by a third company of a product purchased from another retailer, they have sent me a replacement piece within 2 days after I have contacted them. Swift, time mannered and friendly help which will allow us enjoy the moments of our first born fully.
