Service was very good, staff were friendly enough especially Safi, we appreciate his assistance.

Though Having a lot of trouble recovering my deposit, they said it will be back on the 23rd, then they said 2 to 3 business days, it's been over a week and still nothing, called the bank they said we need an authorisation letter, just a lot of trouble that could've been avoided if they told us to call the bank from the start instead of making us wait for so long. This was due to the card that I used to make the payment being cancelled so I can't entirely put the blame on them, it is rather irregular.

Quick delivery of the car when we arrived and when we dropped off the car.
The car a KIA worked well. Smal engine but no problem up to Black river and Grand Bassin

Buongiorno,Mi hanno dato una macchina che solamente dopo che lho presa mi sono accorto che non cambiava le marce in quanto aveva problemi con la frizione,alla consegna notavo che la benzina stava in riserva.quando ho riconsegnato l autovettura ovviamente in riserva mi hanno chiesto di pagare la benzina ed il lavaggio cosa che ovvimente non ho fatto.purtroppo dopo che ho consegnato la macchina mi sono conto di aver lasciato una borsetta con dentro il mio drone che mi è stato letteralmente rubato ho chiesto varie volte di spedirmelo ma si sono attaccati a tutto mi hanno ricattato dicendomi che io non avevo pagato la benzina e il lavaggio alla consegna e che loro per questo non mi avrebbero spedito il drone.dopo varie discussioni ho detto loro che il drone era il mio e dovevano spedrmelo in quanto prvvisto di gps.mi hanno chiesto la documentazione di conformita'del veivolo che sono riuscito a trovare tramite i numeri seriali e mandarla a loro.dopo di che si sono inventati che DHL lo poteva spedire solamente senza telecomando e senza la batteria del drone robba da matti!!! morale della storia SONO DEI LADRI E NON CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO DI AFFITTARE MACCHINE DA QUESTE PERSONE POCO RACCOMANDABILI.SONO DEI LADRI 300 EURO DI DRONE SE LO TENESSERO ME NE COMRERO UN ALTRO

Excellent customer service and great pricing.
Also, our flight was delayed and they stayed open so we could return the car later than planned.
Highly recommended.

Très satisfaits de notre location, service rapide, pratique (directement à l'aéroport, et efficace). Bon rapport qualité prix, voiture propre, en bon état et totalement conforme aux attentes. Avons dû prolonger la durée de location suite à annulation de notre vol et report sur le vol suivant, cela n'a posé aucun problème ni aucun surcoût. Equipe efficace et disponible, merci à Safi, Ayman et Vimal.

Nous avons réservé à l'avance la voiture.
Accueillis par Vim à notre arrivée, très sympathique.
Le véhicule demandé avait un problème technique. Le loueur nous a mis à disposition un véhicule presque similaire.
Tour complet de la voiture avant signature, nickel.
Paiement par carte avec 4% de frais par rapport au paiement en espèces, pas cool.
Attention, le niveau d'essence n'était que de 2 barres ! Il a fallu la nuit tombée trou er une station service avant de partir dans l'île.
Sinon la voiture Nissan avait une boîte auto, elle a fait le job.
Pour le retour, accès facile à l'aéroport. Accueillis par Safi, très sympathique aussi. Vérification faite, l'annulation de la caution à été immédiate.
Bon rapport qualité/prix.

It was the first time to visit Mauritius and choose Ola rental company. Yuvaraj supported me a lot due to not only sudden delay of flight but also when I return the rent car at the airport even he was in holiday. Thanks a lot for his sincere support and kindness. Right side driving seat is unfamiliar with us, but he supported to understand the traffic rules and how to get out of airport. Thanks a lot Yuvaraj.

When I sent the email of my flight delay, the company contacted me by whatsapp and gave me the phone number of Yuvaraj who worked on that day, so I felt comfortable and did not waste my time to find the Ola rent car. I am sure for the next time, I will choose Ola definitely.

Lejet en pickup kørte fint, havde helt nye dæk. Søde mennesker, de var en del billigere ind de andre selskaber jeg kunne finde. det eneste jeg lige kan satte en finger på var at bilen havde mange ridser.

Fuyez!cette compagnie n est pas fiable du tout. Le personne en charge de la location n était ni présente au moment de la prise en charge du véhicule, ni présente pour la remise du véhicule au retour : elle dormait ( d après les autres loueurs c est assez fréquent)…nous avons dû l appeler pour qu elle daigne venir. Par ailleurs, nous avons dû payer une caution alors que nous avions pris la couverture totale avec le prestataire. Enfin que dire de l état de la voiture : un vrai danger…la courroie à la limite de casser, les vitesses impossibles à passer et les freins très usés……je ne comprends pas les avis positifs….pour nous plus jamais

Pendant mes vacances à l’île Maurice, j’étais obligée de prendre une location. Voyager avec deux enfants n’est pas chose facile. En faisant quelques recherches, je suis tombée sur Ola Mauritius et je dois avouer que j’ai adoré leur service client. Ils sont très aimables et sont toujours disponibles quand on a besoin d’eux. Je recommanderai à cette entreprise de confirmer les réservations dans les temps, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas.

This company is terrible! We had to leave Mauritius early (& therefore turn our car in earlier than planned) because of coronavirus & have been waiting since the end of March to get a refund back! (It is now mid June & we still have not recieved it) ... we left 2 weeks earlier than planned so we are missing quite a lot of money & they are simply not responding to our emails/messages - would not recommend this company to anyone!

They offer a great service and value for money. Collection and delivery of the car were perfect: they were right on time and everything went quickly. The car was in good conditions and we didn't have any problems with it.

Did not get a booking confirmation at all, after 3 days of asking i got some snapshot of their smartphone screen send to me.
At arrival in Mauritius, nobody from this Company was around. Some other car-rental company employee helped my by calling them. They don't have an office on the airport at the arrival-terminal.
Then they arrived after some time lying that they were around(i have been looking with some very helpful taxidrivers in the arrival hall), then i had to sign for a 500 euro own risk policy. Fully insured they advertise on their website (so another lie). No explanation of the car at all.
All already noticeable damages had to be drawn on the rental policy and signed by both.
And the gas tank was as good as empty, really hard to find a gas station at your first arrival on Mauritius. The car itself was really fine.

After 3 weeks giving back the car i had to find the Ola people again, being a little early they were not there, and i needed to check in my stuff first and than find Ola people. They were outside helping others. Not really recognisable, i by coincidence asked them and they where the correct people. We had to drive to the car where i parked it to see if everything was oke and it luckily was.

There was no navigation at all. I had downloaded offline navigation to my my smartphone before i left to Mauritius. Take a charging cable and usb 12v adaptor with you.

Better get an better price from one of the companies with an office on the airport.

Excellent car rental service. No regrets on it!!
