Second one I’ve purchased just different color this time- love this bag and get so many compliments. I wore the first one out I carried it so often!

The Ruby purse is exactly what was advertised. Perfect size, too!

I contacted you recently about my dissatisfaction with Order NB-61096. You informed me that I would need to send the item back to the UK for a refund, or you would give me a 40% refund via my payment method, PayPal. Given the cost of returning the item to the UK, I opted for the 40% refund.

Paypal has informed me that the refund for this transaction has failed and that I should contact you. Please solve this issue and refund my account as soon as possible.

Although it had packing inside and around the purse when it was shipped, the straw portion of the purse was heavily creased when it arrived. I've stuffed it with tissue and additional air pockets to see if it will come out, but so far it has not. Sadly, the crease is very evident.
I knew it was a small purse (measurements on the website); however, the photos make it look deceivingly larger. When I tried it on as a crossbody - it looks so small (and I'm a very average size person)

I did not like quality and bag looks much smaller. Very unhappy

This purse is so cute, looks expensive. Great price and quality.

The bag itself is adorable. The odor it emanates is HORRENDOUS. 3 weeks later, stuffed with dryer sheets, aired out on clothesline and placed in baking soda. Nothing removes smell. Customer service was appallingly not helpful. I will NOT make another purchase. Note: I’ve told all my friends to warn them of shoddy product and customer service. 👎

I have yet to receive the order I place over a month ago. I have texted several times and was sent a tracking device

I love my purses I purchased from Oliver & Annis. I have two of them and have so many compliments on them. They have excellent customer service as well. I accidentally ordered the wrong color of the purse I wanted in my order and they were able to intervene and fix it for me before it was shipped. Keep up the excellent work!

The bag I received is pretty but the quality is poor

I love my 2 handbags and they were packaged nicely and delivered promptly.

The purse is as advertised and shown. But I cannot get the clasps to one of the handles to work. After reaching out to customer service inquiring as to how to operate the hinges, they were not able to tell me. I asked for someone to video opening them but did not get a response. I have not pursued returning the purse. I really like it but am unable to use one of the handles.

Zero customer service. I’ve said two emails inquiring how I can return the purse that finally arrived and I didn’t like and have never been responded to either time. I’ve checked junk mail so that excuse won’t work. Will never shop or recommend this company.

Love my new straw bag with black strap, 3-season purse for all occasions.

I order a white purse from this company. When it arrived it was a bone color and smelled horrible. I wanted to return and they offered a discounted price. I said that I didn't want the purse. They said I had to pay shipping back to China (even though the return label was in the US) and that is why most people took the discount.
False Advertising. Fake Return Policy. Cheap product. DONT BUY!!!

The pictures in the ads versus what I received are very different. The purse looks cheap. The long strap is floppy and the hardware looks like it’s already tarnishing. I’m glad I didn’t spend a lot. Won’t be shopping at this site again.

This purse was much smaller than I anticipated and the material was different. They were helpful in rectifying my order.
