My first order from oliver & annis and for whatever reason on my part I had to cancel my order.
Within such a short time I had email responses & the money was back in account or an its way, by the many confirmations I recd. Can't wait to order something in the future. Their stuff looks great!

I love the shoes but they do not fit correctly and I need to return them. Please contact me on how to do this.

The straw bag I ordered was deeply dented when I received it. I stuffed it with newspaper but wasn’t able to get the dent out. The size is perfect. I hope I can find some way to remove the dent.

i disliked the product, poor quality. I asked to return the item and was advised I was responsible for shipping cost to the UK. I was told keep the product ( which I have since donated) and get a less than acceptable refund.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST

The purse strap came undone ( the tab sewn into the side came unattached) within 10 days of normal usage and without any undue weight or tension.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the leather-like portion of the bag. It is very cheap and the stitching on the handles was coming out.

Darling straw purse. I wish it had an interior pocket for small items, but the size is nice.

The bag is beautiful. Love the style. But the material the handle and shoulder strap is made from ( fake leather)is very cheap. The quality of the fake leather can be of a better kind.

I was disappointed that I would have to pay to return the bag to UK…it was dented( it was mailed in a bag) I was only offered partial credit but could keep the bag….. will not do business with your company again.
I have worked in management ( Kate Spade, Saks Fifth Ave, Macy’s) for most of my life and would never have offered a guest that option.

Shipping takes awhile, but the bag was received in good condition. The hardware on the bag is a little cheap looking, but it will hopefully hold up. Love the size and shape.

Though the purse took a long time to be delivered, once I got it I loved it. It's well made. The company was responsive to my query about where the purse was. It was of course caught up in the supply chain issue we are having.

No one has responded to my 3 ermails. I need to return a purse because its to small. Did not get any instructions on how to return it. I would appreciate your assistance.

The purse was smaller than I anticipated - - my fault for not reading the dimensions more closely - and it had a strange smell which hasn’t gone away in over two weeks. Tried to return it but because they’re a UK company, they are only able to give me a 40% credit unless I want to pay for shipping it back. They were very responsive to my request to return, and it’s a nice looking purse, but unfortunately it doesn’t work for me.

I was so taken by this crossbody bag but thought the price was too high. Waited for sale, still paid too much for it. It's flimsy, not sturdy and very disappointing overall. I'm used to a substantial purse and this isn't it. I wish I'd never been lured into the FB page from Oliver and Annis! I won't trust your company going forward. You need to tell buyers this is a straw bag with very cheap plastic that imitates leather and the hardware is just okay.

I make a purchase but my package got missing and nobody help me so I lost my money and I contact them over and over again and nope they just said that there is nothing they can do this was my first time buying something from them and will be the last one this has a nightmare the worst costumer service ever I definitely never gonna buy anything here

Tried to initiate a return request and got no response !!!

Customer service are not helpful at all. Just sending me around and around in circles.

My first purchase, the chain had broken when it was mailed to me. The company was nice enough to send me another purse and it actually got here pretty quick. I got lots of compliments on my purse and even a gentleman that worked at LV in Las Vegas, said it was super cute!
