Shipping issue. Damage.

I purchased a bag and it arrived crushed. They sent another and it had the same issue They then refunded me my money. I had purchased other bags from them with no shipping issues. Their handbags are beautiful and their customer service outstanding. I would recommend them highly and I will purchase again.

New Favorite Shopping Experience

This was my second purchase with Oliver & Annis and won't be my last. I love my new bag and can't wait to take it on my beach trip in August. O&A provides amazing products that are well-made and affordable not to mention the compliments I receive from strangers! Thanks, Oliver & Annis!

Difficult to get a refund

Difficult to get a refund. The purse was not the color I ordered and was much smaller than pictured. I had a hard time getting a refund. I had to settle for 40% back and keep the purse. I will say thought that the person who did finally respond to my repeated requests for a refund was professional.

This purse is super stood h very well


This purse is super stood h very well made and looks like the pictures. Umfortunateiy , for me the opening is not big enough for everyday use as I have to carry an eyeglass case, switching out persecription sunglasses and glasses. Also I wish the interior side pocket was one larger one , instead of two small ones. They could easily hold a lipstick, but I like to put my credit cards and some cash in these pockets as I do not carry a wallet anymore. Therefore , I gave the purse 4 stars instead of 5 The company was great to work with. I have been looking at this purse a long time
