ICO unit, Ok initially, then problems, wifi struggling new unit, then battery failing, new unit, ph probe failure not able to calibrate, sent new probe, now orp is way off, new orp probe hasn't solved the issue, response time from support is very slow, any spare parts take weeks to arrive, I'm getting fed up with it all. Good idea but awful implementation. Not recommended.

Mon Ico dans une piscine à l'étranger fonctionnait parfaitement depuis 3 ans , nous avons changé de fournisseur wifi pour passer sur starlink et là c'est l'impasse, nous attendions une communication tel ce matin engagement pris sur internet par Ico, rien!! personne n'appelle et surtout aucune solution apportée que des billets pour une éventuelle réponse?

Fuyez, catastrophique. Manque clairement de fiabilité. 2 pannes en 1an.
Le produit n'est pas abouti, une fois la garantie écoulée, c'est poubelle, sinon, cela va me coûter un bras.

The product is flawed. The v2 was promised to address several issues not least the internal circuitry getting wet and failing. However, looking at the stock photos on Ondilo’s website, the sealing looks the same so if you buy one, prepare for more of the same faults, malfunction and failures.

The worst is not the poorly executed technology, but the Ondilo customer and technical service. They mock the customers and resellers. It is frankly appalling, the lowest of low and is so frustrating. They insult our intelligence and try to run down the clock to a point where our consumer rights are weak.

For this reason, avoid Ondilo and their products and save yourself a lot of stress, time and money. Or jump on board and share my several months of pain.

Super produit qui me rend bien service pour le contrôle de ma piscine.
Facile à implémenter et quand j'ai eu 2-3 questions sur certaines mesures que je ne comprenais pas, le SAV a été réactif, très sympa et efficace.
Je recommande vivement ce produit et cette entreprise.

Pas fiable, des mesures fantaisistes... Même avec le wifi à moins de 10m, c'est difficile d'obtenir des mesures. Changement de sondes quasi impossible à calibrer, bref 300e mis à la poubelle ^^

I am disappointed, frustrated and fed up. I paid a lot of money for an ICO to use in my hot tub. Set up is not easy but with perseverance I got there and for first couple of months it did work really well. Then I went on holiday and since then it’s not worked, I’ve spent literally hours emailing and talking to the company. I’ve followed all their instructions, dry ICO out , reset, sit by router, connect to blue tooth etc etc. I did finally get it to work for one measure before it stopped working. More emails but nobody seems to look at everything that has gone on just repeat the same advice again and again. Email get same advice. Finally asked to return very expensive item for refund and been totally ignored. So finally decided have to get it out there. Useless.

Batterie HS au bout de 2 ans comme tant d’autres clients, le SAV propose une remise sur l’achat d’un nouveau ICO, non merci!

La sonde des sa première maj de firmware à eu des pbs de connexion wifi alors qu'avant aucun pb. Ce que je reproche au SAV: c'est toujours de ma faute. Ils n'essaient pas de voir si il y un pb avec la sonde. Je suis informaticien je sais très bien que le niveau de réception wifi est excellent et en plus la sonde fonctionnait bien avant la MAJ. Bref votre réseau wifi n'est pas bon comme seule réponse. Maintenant la sonde PH ne fonctionne plus au bout d'un an. La batterie bof... à fuir.

J’ai acquis la sonde en juin 2019 pensant acheter un produit de qualité et soutenir une startup française.
Depuis cette date, je suis à 8 tickets d’ouverts auprès du SAV, dont un échange complet de l’appareil en juin 2021 pour un problème de perte de connexion wifi.
En 5 saisons d’utilisation, il n’y a pas une saison ou je n’ai pas eu de soucis, malgré que l’ICO n’est dans l’eau que 4 mois dans l’année et hiverné le reste du temps.
Cette année, nouvelle panne. L’ICO ne fonctionne plus et je trouve de l’eau dans le couvercle malgré la bonne fermeture du couvercle. Le joint n’a visiblement pas tenu le coup, n’est plus étanche, et comme par hasard, juste après la fin de la période de garantie (la sonde à 2 ans car reçu en 2021 suite à l’échange)
Le SAV me propose de me le réparer pour 200 €. A ma demande d’échange, il ne répond même pas..
L’idée était bonne à la base, mais le produit n’est pas fiable.

J’ai un ico placé dans mon skimer de piscine qui fonctionne avec un répéteur de wifi placé dans mon local de piscine .
Cet ico il fonctionne depuis plusieurs années , et je tiens à témoigner sur la qualité du SAV de la marque.
Dès que mon ICO a eut un comportement anormal dans ses mesures , j’ai contacté par mail dédié, en faisant part de mes difficultés, à chaque fois le SAV m’a aidé à résoudre le problème.
La dernière fois, en testant les mesures du PH , une invraisemblable est apparu.
Le SAV m’a fait l’échange du corps de l’ICO car ce n’était pas le capteur de PH en cause.
Depuis tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Worked great for about a year and then quit. Three warranty replaced the unit and worked good for about a year and battery became useless. They sent another unit and having trouble with Bluetooth connection. My advice, not worth the effort! If you have lots of money and time, it is a nice toy.

Fonctionne très bien une saison, par la suite les sondes même si bien stockées, étalonnées, ... sont HS ou avec des mesures incohérentes. Vu que les sondes représentent 90% du prix, ça revient à remplacer votre ICO tout les 2-3 ans, c'est cher payé.

Got this worked fine for a few month and completely failed. Then was sent another and within 3 months gave incorrect PH readings causing me to add so much PH down to my tub and cause the alki to drop also could have caused damage to my hot tub. Customer support is in France and the guy who sells them in the US never replies. Useless save yourself the money and don't buy this crap!

Should be less than 1 star. I have two ICO units, one in my pool and one in my spa. The first one worked well for 6 months then started acting up with readings that I knew by other test methods were way off. They believe its a sensor problem but now the unit won't even do any measurements. Unfortunately in the initial time with that Unit I thought it was worth getting a second one for my hot tub-well it lasted exactly 4 months and stopped reporting measurements. Just gives a "sensors must be in contact with water error" despite them obviously being in the pool. I have done all the suggested fixes including factory resets, running sensors under clean water and drying them carefully; removing them to make sure they are locked properly in place. Like a previous reviewer said I now have over $1000 worth of pool temperature testers because that is all either of these can do. Support is slow and they never seem to understand what i"m trying to get through to them. Currently they said they will send a new pH sensor for the first unit and am waiting on some resolution with the second one's support ticket. Very doubtful that they will turn these lemons into trustworthy water monitors.
WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THESE; especially in North America since support is even worse here due to the time zone issues of having support from Europe.

Produit et application extrêmement bien pensés, très bonne qualité de réalisation, simple à installer et encore plus à utiliser (rien à faire !). Trois ans de service à raison d’une recharge de batterie par an (pour 5 mois d’utilisation par saison), une recalibration des sondes. Juste parfait !

Idem que la plupart des avis. Batterie HS au bout de 2 ans!!! La dernière n’a duré que 4 jours! Au prix de ce matériel c’est inadmissible.
Fuyez cet appareil !

Achat d'un ONDILO ICO POOL chez piscine-center.net, le produit arrive mercredi matin, à l'ouverture de la boite, visiblement elle à déjà été ouverte un peu sauvagement et un peu maltraitée, il manque une documentation et un chargeur de courant, le QR code ne fonctionne pas, pas de configuration possible. contacté le SAV piscine-center.net, me promet que dès demain matin (jeudi) je vais être contacté, je rédige aussi un 'ticket' ou je serai contacté vendredi... mais RIEN !
aujourd'hui samedi après avoir contacté piscine-center.net on me dit que je serait probablement contacté la semaine prochaine... J'ai demandé un remboursement. Ces gens la ne respectent pas leurs clients !
