Fantastisk show. :-)

Jeg syntes det var en fantastisk oplevelse det kræver en god fysik at optræde med den fart vi har set nogle af jeres sjov på nettet og kommer måske til at forvente ,mere min datter optræder med opera så vi fik desværre brugt hendes billet .Venligst Birthe Albertsen

Aflyst Nik & Jay koncert i maj 2022, efter at den var udskudt to gange pga. covid-19. Deres aflysning den 13/5-22 var ikke pga. corona, men personlige årsager, som de skriver i deres opslag !! ..men det påstår onlineticketshop. !!

Det værste L...!!!!!!
koncerten blev udskudt af flere omgange, og til sidst aflyst. Det var umuligt at få pengene tilbage for billetterne, pga. COVID 19. Jeg slås stadig med at finde en koncert, på deres l.... side, så jeg kan bruge de penge jeg har tilgode. De skrive de kan finde nået, men høre ikke en skid. FØJ EN BUNKE L.... JEG VIL ALDRIG BRUGE DENNE SIDE MERE.

A brilliant concert from beginning to end! Very organised and streamlined entering and leaving the venue! Staff v helpful! Had excellent seats!

Really found online ticket shop very efficient. The concert was fab our seats were front row seats. Highly recommend.

I bought my tickets for Andrea Bocelli in 2019 for the 2020 concert. Due to lockdown and covid the concert was cancelled twice. Onlineticketshop kept me informed of all the changes. Overall I've had a very positive experience with this company.

Total fraud. They sell us tickets for a show which is then cancelled, after which we don't get the money back, but a voucher instead. That should be illegal. Maybe, it already is

Liput ja niiden osto helppoa. Lippuihin liitettyjen etujen kuten HSL:n lippujen käyttöön ohjeita ei löytynyt.

We bought 6 tickets to the RATM tour totalling over €800. The tour was postponed due to the pandemic and then cancelled due to the singer's health, so 3 years after payment the tour is cancelled. Online ticket shop only offered a voucher for a cancelled tour? I don't care about any other shows you have, especially for 6 people? This goes against your own T&C's. A refund is required, not a voucher.. Absolutely no reply from their customer service even though they took over €800 of our money. Shameful business.

Je suis très très déçue par ce site qui ne devrait même pas exister. J’avais commandé deux billets pour mon anniversaire en 2020 pour The weeknd. Malheureusement le concert a été reporté du au covid puis ANNULÉ par le chanteur lui même (ce n’est pas une situation ou un cas majeur comme le précise le site). Évidemment je souhaite un remboursement parce que 218€ ce n’est pas rien ! La seule réponse que j’ai pu avoir c’est un bon d’achat. Or c’est évident que c’est une arnaque, il n’y a qu’à voir le site en lui même : toujours des billets pour le concert de the weeknd qui est annulé, aucun choix de concerts ou événements en France, soit disant bon d’achat de 2 ans mais au final qui va rester inutilisé. Conclusion : ils volent votre argent.

Plus jamais je ne ferais confiance à un tel site !!
