Great customer service. Ordered the wrong shoe size and emailed customer support. They replied within a few hrs and updated the shoe size before the order went out.

I wrote an email to mention that my address was not written correctly. I received a prompt reply to say that my address has now been amended properly. I appreciate the fast service.

This company was very responsive and they made my life super easy.

I orderd a pair of heels for my lady and a after the order was placed, i realized the heel height was to tall for her to be able to walk in. Customer service cancelled the order and refunded the purchase price with no issues.

While I was on the website I accidentally clicked the wrong size. Since I live NA and sent the email during the day and I got a response by 9pm that night ! Got the size corrected with little to no hassle!

I ordered a pair of heels for an upcoming event and after I placed my order I realized with shipping times they would not be here in time. I emailed the company about canceling my order and they were quick to respond and helped me get the order cancelled. I will try ordering again in the future when I don’t have a time crunch to receive my order.

The people at onlymaker have been wonderful with helping me with my order. I definitely will be ordering more of their shoes and boots!

After placing an order from OnlyMaker, I had a problem with one of my pair of my shoes after reaching out to customer support my problem was quickly resolved. The remaining of my order was delivered on time and when I tell you all my shoes are so beautiful and comfortable on my feet… not to mention how hard it is to find shoes for a big foot woman such as myself! I fell in love with the whole site and quality of service I received and will most definitely return for future ordering! And everything fit to size! Nothing bad to say at all!

This is the first time I have ordered from this company. You definitely have to have patience, but oh my God when you receive the item it’s exactly as pictured!! I ordered shearling boots and they are seriously gorgeous!! Now I’m looking to order my next pair of boots!!

Not only do they make great fashionable shoes. They are very accommodating. I ordered the wrong size boot online and I contacted customer service and they changed the size for me without issues.
