Delivery came well packaged and speedy, everything I needed for a service on the wife's car, minus the complimentary air freshener and oil top up kit , which was missing, which sort of makes my purchase from Opies rather than Europarts.

My car requires an oil type which is not normally stocked at retail outlets. Opie oils have a choice of options for me all at a very good price. I had one issue where a delivery was damaged by the courier and they immediately express-shipped a replacement. I highly recommend them.

The best company I think I’ve ever used. Within 2 days they managed to give me a full list of oils that I can use for my gearbox and the capacity and have the oil at my doorstep. I found that none of the other online parts shops beat Opie's prices. Ordered some general maintenance stuff for my car on Sunday. The items were delivered on Wednesday, well before they said it would arrive which is always good (especially at Christmas time). They also sent me a free papercone to prevent oil leaks when I fill up the engine with the oil they sent. I also had some air fresheners in the box. Small things but really thoughtful! Literally made my day :)

I could not send messages to the eBay seller opieoils. I wanted to pay and return the item. I've been blocked for messaging and returning 60 days limit. Tried contacting seller eBay and customer service website no replies. Error message was the issue not sure why? They refused to refund me. I send the item back no replies.

I've used Opie for a few years and found them to stock quality service items from first line manufactures. What you must remember is that they, like us all are human and do make the odd mistake or an item is not in stock. Now, this is where a company shows its worth, a quick phone call and everything is sorted. The parts come really well packed which is always a bonus these days. So for top quality service parts and oils at great prices they are my first choice.

Waited for two weeks without delivery. FedEx returned to them as house number not written on parcel, spoke to opie but they were not willing to write a number on box, rules? Proposed the order was cancelled and I start again. Enough is enough, will not be using again, let me and my customers down.
